Complete Heat and Air

Called at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and had my technician here at 11:45 am next morning. Brantley was super nice, professional and efficient. AC repaired within 20 minutes. Very fair price for a weekend emergency repair in month of June. So impressed I also purchased the yearly maintenance plan. Wish I could give more stars.

Our unit stopped working on 4/28 in the early morning hours. We called Complete on Saturday morning. They were on a call already but came to our house within a couple of hours. They were very professional and gave us a good idea of what was wrong very quickly. They provided excellent customer service. Called us to let us know that he was on another job and would be there in a couple of hours. Called back to say he was on the way. Then provided us with a receipt and an estimate for the repairs, pretty quickly.

We had to go with another company because of the warranty. But we would have preferred Complete to do it. They provided much better customer service. We would highly recommend them.

We lost AC while out of town due to construction. Got home and in less than 24 hours of being notified Complete Heat and Air replaced our AC Unit and Air Handler. They arrived at 9:30 in the morning and had it replaced by 12:30. They were fast and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would recommend.

Our technician Darren provided excellent help on our unit today. I made the call this morning and the folks at Complete Heating and Air were able to take care of our HVAC unit this afternoon. We have used their service since our new unit install in 2017. Highly Recommend them.

I’ve had issues with my ac for the past three summers. Called in other repair ppl who seemed to only provide temporary fixes. Brett W. managed to actually locate the leak. Then Joshua and Steve spent hours fixing my unit. Having working ac again with 2 kids and 3 dogs in this summer heat is amazing!

We had Cameron, Damien and Evan come out to install 2 ventless natural gas heaters at our fireplaces for emergency use in case we lost power after going without heat during the Christmas cold snap for days. They all 3 were absolutely great! We have never had such genuinely polite guys work on anything at our house before. You could tell they got along great working together and genuinely cared about their work and loved their job. They answered all our questions and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the install. Will definitely call these guys back when we need them! I encourage anyone on the fence about who to hire to call these people, you won't regret it! Can't say enough about how great the company and employees we have dealt with are. Before this install we had the company send someone to fix our blower motor on our furnace and that also went great. Wish I could remember the guys name that came out for that too to give him credit. And we dealt with Clint for scheduling and he was very accommodating do our schedule to have the work done.

Buying a new HVAC unit is an experience. Thankfully with Complete Heat and Air it was a great experience. Courtney was able to look over the house and existing system and come up with a great plan to meet our needs for a new unit install. A week later I had the pleasure of meeting Michael, JC, and Kai. These guys were professional throughout the install. They gave me a call before arriving (which they were on time for), worked efficiently, and left no mess or loose ends. The new unit is cooling the house and I'm thankful for the great service this team provided. I can't recommend them enough.

My heater stopped working. I was told it was old and in need of replacing. Trae, Spencer, and Jason showed up bright and early. Maybe 9am exactly. I was working from home so I told them that I would be in my room and to let me know if they needed anything. They were in and out of the front door for about 2.5 hours. Didn't make much noise. Not sure if that was because I told them I was working from home or because they just were. Either way it was pleasant. They replaced my whole unit with a brand new one, gave me a new thermostat, and at the end gave me a business card. They left no trash or debris behind and everything was neat and nice. I cant even think of any complaints. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed.

Excellent experience getting old duct work replaced at my home in Pickens last week. Courtney was direct and responsive with an estimate and Mike and Kai got the job completed in the time promised! Very professional and they even gave me AC loaners for when my unit needed to be off during the project.
