Complete Heat and Air

Wonderful experience. We replaced AC and Heat for the upstairs area. Courtney provided very clear proposals for us to choose from, talked us thru all the options, and helped us choose the best solution. She was great. Michael M. and JC were the main installers. Cam, Damien, and Corey pitched in where needed. All of the installers were extremely professional, friendly, and answered any questions we had. Most of all, you could tell they truly cared about the work they did and maintaining our house as the installation went on. Fantastic group of people. Would highly recommend.

I was having trouble with air flow. Spencer and Jason came out to do the work. They were great guys, they started working and found that what was thought to be the problem was not. They found the real problem and and began to fix it. It was a bigger job but they did a fantastic job fixing it. Spencer and Jason were fantastic I could not ask for a better out come. I am well pleased with the work, and the workmanship. We have been customers of there's for many years, my mother used them, my father-in-law also uses them. Thanks to Complete Heat and Air.

I had just gotten back from my honeymoon to find that my heat had gone out downstairs! Thankfully, I already had my regular maintenance scheduled. Clint was my technician and informed me that my 26 year old unit had finally given out. He was honest about my options, replacing the part wouldn’t fix the age of the rest of the unit, and was straightforward with the solution, we’d be better off going with a new furnace entirely since we had just bought our home, which I greatly appreciated. In addition to the honesty, he helped us set up financing and provided us with several different options that fit our budget and needs. My husband and I decided to go with one of the models suggested and scheduled installment just a few days before Christmas. Damien and Cameron were my technicians that came to install the new furnace. These gentlemen were very professional, arriving on time, not being bothered by my dogs, and got right to work to get the heat back on for me. They were very prompt and got the job done, as well as took the time to walk me through the new thermostat. They collected all old materials and carted off the old unit for me as well. Cannot recommend these guys more! 10/10

Our heating system failed. Technician assessed the problem and informed us our units had well past served its purpose. We were offered a variety of options (including financing, thanks, Michael Hall, you were great!). Installation techs were prompt and efficient. Even after installation they had to return because our home has an ancient wiring system (not their fault); they researched it and solved the problem. Damien, Evan, and Cameron were complete (pun intended) professionals. Would recommend using Complete Heat and Air anytime! Thanks to all of you.

Really happy with the whole team and responsiveness of the company! Our system was very old (20 years) and developed a weird noise. Upon inspection, the technician identified a crack in the heat exchanger that was a safety hazard (do your yearly maintenance/inspections! we didn't and were lucky we happened to hear noises as this fault isn't normally noticed through sound). Courtney did a great job walking through our house and identifying all issues, including drafting a plan that finally got heat to one of our rooms that was ALWAYS too cold/too hot. We got a plan together and Michael and JC did a great job on the install! Complete replacement of the AC and heater (did both since they had both reached the end of their expected lifespans) in 1 day with a few tails to clean up the next day! Very happy and will be using them to inspect our new system twice a year from now on!
