Nick (the service leader) and his apprentice, Isaac, repaired our heating system today. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and knowledge!
They repaired our furnace and explained thoroughly what had gone wrong. They also took steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
They gave us 5-star service, and I HIGHLY recommend Complete Heating and Air!

Surprised that they were here on time. Our maintenance tech was very informative and answered ALL our questions!!! He went over lots of info. I’m going to request Isaac at Complete H&A for all our future maintenance. Thanks to Complete and Isaac for your great service!!!

Met with Courtney White to examine our home and talk to us about replacing our 22 year old mechanical system, our goals for the project; she was kind, professional, competent, and a good listener. Complete Heat & Air gave us a couple of options and guided us through a process to get a loan after our downpayment. We worked with Nick, Remi, Devon, Spencer, and Jason who helped with our new system install (furnace and AC) and new smart themostat. I am super happy with the fantastic service we received from Complete Heat & Air. Our air quit working out of the blue and I made a call to see if they could come out and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. Steve R. was our technician and he was awesome! He was incredibly friendly and very helpful in explaining the issue to me. He had it fixed and my air working quickly and he even checked on some other concerns I had just to make sure everything was working as it should. We will definitely use Complete Heat & Air for any future needs we have.

Alex, Damien and Cameron were very courteous and professional. They explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Showed me all the new installations and did not leave until they made sure I was satisfied with their work. Great staff at this company. The job was completed swiftly also.

We've worked with a number of HVAC companies over the last 20+ years in Greenville and these folks are the most professional. They just installed a new Mitsubishi/Trane mini-split for our sunroom and it outperformed the other two units we had by far (especially with the recent cold snap we just had of 9 degrees - the previous ones would have never kept up). Now we are having them back to replace some ductwork. Courtney is kind and their pricing is very fair. Technicians Michael and JC are great, too! Highly recommended.
