Complete Heat and Air

Had Brantley come and look to give me a quote because two other companies came and said I needed a whole new system because my upstairs wasn’t cooling he quickly identified there was a new that was loose and it was leaking coolant and that was why. Very honest and saved me thousands of dollars just tightening it and adding coolant and for a very good price. 5/5 for him and his service which made me use Complete Heating and Air again! Scott came out this week and fixed some duct work very quickly and for a good price. Will always use these guys at Complete Heating and Air going forward! I would highly recommend them and have done so to coworkers at BMW.

Out usual repair man Steve was out due to injury so complete sent Darren Vickery to do our system maintenance and to check on out our air conditioner and see why it kept freezing. He came out and troubleshooted what the problem was he was quick and efficient and a good guy to just talk to he was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had I wish I could have gave 10 stars

Had Bret Willis come out to check out our system this company is great there technicians are very knowledgeable Bret was able to Come in and do a full inspection and walk me threw the steps and cause and effects of everything with the system and what could help and now help

We went thru Lowe's and got an appointment for help with A/C, heat in a newly bought home. Courtney was our consultant member. She was able to come out very fast considering it was right at Christmas time. She helped so much,very friendly, very informative on everything. We found several problem's and she did a great job on making sure i understood everything. Due to the extreme cold snap coming she also made sure she gave us 2 extra heaters just in case we needed them. She also had other lenders willing to help if Lowe's denied the cost which was amazing, Most companies just hope you have the funds and if not then or well. When it comes to the install i Had Devon he was very professional, courtesy and nice. It took way longer then expected though 8:50 Am- 7:30 Pm, and at least 2 times needing extra equipment. Also seen to know the install process but not to informative on how it all works together, also the old furnace did get removed early on so i had no heat on a cold day til it all was buttoned up at 7:30 PM. It seemed 2 apprentices with no foreman was doing the install. The air intake ran non stop for 13 hours so i called in the morning to explain it, Got a certified technician to come out and re check everything just in case, He was extremely informative he was very nice when he explained anything i asked of him. Come to find out there was some issues that will need to fixed that the 2 apprentice's missed,or installed in the wrong spot. So now we are on 3 appointment's just for an install for a heat pump,ac installation. When i called the company they wanted me to feel like family, very nice. No one was rude or hateful in anyway. since it's taking more calls and more appointments and time from my day is the only reason i didn't give 5 stars.

The serviceman’s name was Isaac. Isaac was courteous, professional, and informative. He performed all tests and checks and taped up the loose insulation around the duct work. I have been a patron of this company for three years. I purchased a new Trane heating and air unit last year from them. The installation and service have been top notch.

Cameron and Damien were professionals to the "T". Kind and knowledgeable about the work from beginning to the end. They offered a quick but precise experience. Complete you have a great team if they all are as professional and hard working as these two!

Zack was very thorough; informative; polite and friendly. We would like to always have Zack come for all our services whenever needed.

Spencer and Jason of complete heat and air did an exceptional job installing our second floor, heat pump and HVAC. They were very efficient, courteous, respectful of the home, especially since they were inside a small attic or outside moving a concrete platform. I would recommend this company for the wonderful service and great pricing and working with Lowes together. What a great job complete it and we’re fully satisfied with the work thank you. Brett came out to our house a few weeks back to perform maintenance on both of our HVAC systems. He was very polite, courteous, cleanly and professional. We’ve never had a bad experience with Complete.

viding us clear options that made a decision easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Devin and Brantley were our installers, and they were prompt and professional. Devin went over everything with me before they left, and made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat. We are very pleased with our new system and with the service, and will definitely call on these folks again for any heating and air needs!
