Very impressed with this company. Not only was their quote the lowest out of the 3 companies we got quotes from, they were also the fastest and most responsive. I called and told them we needed a quote and they had someone out within the hour. They were willing to take time to answer any question I had, and even came by the week after the install to check in and make sure we were satisfied with our new unit and that everything was working properly.

Alex was very professional , he had finished his earlier job sooner so they contacted me if he could come early which I agreed . He explained everything that he has done as part of the summer maintenance and discussed what cleaning was done . overall very satisfied with Alex's work.

Yesterday, I got a visit from a very pleasant young man named Kevin. He came out to perform my bi annual maintenance. Kevin started out perfect by arriving 5 minutes early to the quoted time. He then thoroughly explained everything he was doing, answered all of my questions to where I could easily understand. (Heating and Air is not my strong suit). He made sure he protected my home while he was here, and ensured that all trash was removed. Kevin is a professional in every way possible, and I appreciate him being so knowledgeable and personable. Kevin is one of the many reasons we love Carolina Comfort.

Wonderful service. They responded within a few hours after I called and quickly repaired our air conditioner. The technician, Yassine, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We will definitely be using their services again.

This company is absolutely horrible.
They do not fix anything accurately nor do they explain the reasons as to why they didn't fix the problem we called for.

My husband and i had them come out to fix our air conditioning system at least twice and they never really seem to fix the issue with it over freezing to the point where it doesn't run cold air.

Leaving the backs of our vents unscrewed on the machine and seems like a careless kind of employees that work with the company. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Will be taking my business elsewhere. Service is horrible.

Omar was on time and spent a large block of time checking both units carefully and changing out all the interior filters. He seemed thorough and answered all of my questions. Very polite and friendly.

Our air stopped working after the office closed so we were contacted by Omar who was on call. He offered to come out later that night when he finished up in Elgin or first thing the next morning which we chose the next morning. He texted and called to let us know he was on his way, and was very professional, and nice! He explained everything and gave us a price before he did the work! He got our A/C up and running in a little over an hour. Omar seemed very knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer!

I love my contract. They have been helping me for years maintain my system and I don’t have to worry about a system failure due to preventative care. They are reliable, knowledgeable and everyone who has ever come out has been professional.

He was great! Very attentive. Clean. And worked hard to make sure my AC is ready for the summer. I highly recommend this company.
