After loosing my heat unexpected in the depth of winter, I picked Carolina Comfort out of the blue and gave them a call. They proved to be an excellent choice! They were efficient and fixed my problem quickly and reasonably priced. Shout out to my technician Ryan and the ladies in the office who found my needed part in a local warehouse, allowing my service to be restored without any wait!

Yisanne was very professional and helpful! When he let me know of an issue we had with our unit and how he resolved it, I was so grateful to know that this company cares about my and my family's safety and truly does an efficient job at keeping our heating and air unit maintenanced. We are hoping Yisanne can be our regular technician. :-)

Carolina Comfort did another great job in figuring out why my AC unit was on and off working. They gave me a detailed explanation and what to expect to get everything working the way it should.

Horace was very professional and very kind. He kept me informed about everything he did, from start to finish. Nice guy!

Current Update: Yasmin’s came today for follow up semi-annual service check. Very polished and professional. Many many styles above a typical HVAC service person. Very impressed. Got in, did his work, cleaned up things and then left—May be the most impress service person I’ve ever had come to my home. We’ll done!
Prior Update: Carolina Comfort really did a great job of working with me. I am an out of town owner and they were fantastic in coordinating the work. Brian Robinson was remarkably organized and thorough in his communications with me. The work was impeccable and I have made a point of recommending Brian and Carolina Comfort to others in our condo association. Really did a nice job. Very considerate of not making a mess and very thorough.

My husband and I noticed our house was very warm Sunday evening, and our thermostat was set but the temperature in our home was reading much hotter! I called Carolina Comfort expecting to just make an appointment for someone to come out in the morning, but she let me know a technician would call me to assess the situation. I received a call from Alex A. Who said he could come that night to see why our house wasn’t cooling! I was very impressed and thankful that there was a technician that was available so late at night to check out our unit and see what was wrong. After completing a job ahead of us, Alex showed up and diagnosed our problem right away and fixed it quickly! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and had great customer service!! I’m glad I called this company and my family and I are now sleeping comfortably tonight in a cool air conditioned home thanks to Alex! We will definitely use this company for any of our needs in the future!

Heating system check.

Cole was very knowledgeable and explained what he did to ensure my unit was working up to its potential. The weather was frigid, and he drove all the way from Walterboro to help with overwhelming calls for “heating checks”!

Andrew has done our annual/bi-annual service on our contract the past two times. He is always prompt and on time and very professional. A call/ text message comes in on your phone and/or computer based on what you have given permission to. Arrives with his booties for inside the house and filter in-hand. He is very efficient and thorough on both the inside and outside of the house.

I had two technicians from Carolina Comfort. The first was very professional and went about his assigned task with dispatch. He was wise enough to call for assistance from a more experienced technician when he had a question. As usually the response was immediate and the problem was assessed and he shared the results and offered options for immediate and long term actions to be taken.
