Service was good and efficient. Technician was on time in that he arrived during expected window. But there was not a call before he arrived which was really expected. Especially now when you want to be prepared for someone entering the house.

Sleazy crooks and liars. They took us for $1000, lying about our contract. We also bought a new furnace from them, which was our mistake. When we bought it they told us it had a lifetime warranty. Now they're claiming that it's a limited warranty that only lasts 20 years. UPDATE: Today they called and told us the limited warranty only lasts for TEN years, is pro-rated for the next ten, and covers almost nothing.

We're not with them any more, but if you do a little research online you'll find that my experience wasn't unique. Lots of people have been royally screwed by Petro, all over the place. Their business model seems to be based on lies and larceny. You'll find better prices and better service from an honest local provider.

My boiler tank was leaking water. I called on a Sunday and they sent somebody immediately. Everything was replaced that had to be replaced very professional love this company recommend them to everybody they would never be sorry. The best of the best...

Stay away from Petro. Their charge on average 70% more than their competitors, and their price lock plans are predatory. They give you a "ceiling" and promise not to charge more than that, but the price never goes down from the max, and if you try to pause your deliveries they charge you a 400$ fee.

The service was good. My only issue was that I was told the service technician was going to be at my house between 7 and 10 AM. He did not show up till almost 130 in the afternoon and I had somebody at my house because I was working and she Had things that she had to do and was inconvenienced by this delay. But besides that I am happy with the service.

As salesperson going door to door looking for customers, the first year of contract had to be reviewed frequently as this company was raising their prices that did not follow the contract. The last couple of years their prices were extremely high in comparison with other local companies. I finally discontinued my dealings with this company as I felt that I was brow beaten and forced into agreeing on an oil contract just for a service call in which my service contract had not expired.

Petro service was on time checked out the problem inspected the system and reviewed his findings. He was very knowledgeable courteous and efficient. A job well done. Petro service should be commended.

Petro never failed to shop up when called and never failed to solve the problem - had them for years and won't change.

I have an older heating system that developed a leak. I noticed it on Sunday morning and called. Someone was at my house by Sunday afternoon. We have the service plan. They had everything needed on their truck and it didn't cost anything outside of the service plan price.
