James came over to check out the issue we were having with our AC unit and was awesome. Helped us identify the issue and fixed it. He also pointed out additional things that we should watch out for which was very helpful.

EXCELLENT! This was an install at my daughters home. We thought it was going to be quite an ordeal and in fact it was the best choice ever going with Petro Home Services! This company is exceptional in every aspect of what they do. Scheduling a home consultation with Nick Martin, we thought would be weeks out which is the response I got from other companies, Nick was there the next day! He explained in great detail what our options were and how the process would go. Working with Nancy Saballa in the office, such a pleasure to speak with, left messages she gets right back to you, she scheduled everyone involved in this install. The day of the install, contractors were on time, professional, worked so efficiently. The removal of old oil furnace, another contractor comes in to remove the oil tank, while the Petro installers John Hurst & John Nolan are working on installing the new TRANE high efficient gas system. It is something to truly see how smooth this went. All done in one day! Follow up call from the sales consultant Nick to see how the install is going, told him they were done. Call from Nancy in the office to see if we were pleased with the install. MAKE PETRO HOME SERVICES YOUR FIRST CALL. Pricing was point on especially when you see the end result, well worth it.

I have to give credit when credit is due.

I recently purchased my home. My boiler was installed less than a year ago and is still under service warranty by Petro. Last week when temperature dropped, the heat didn't come on. I was worried about calling Petro due to all the negative reviews.

Today, I called the 800 number and spoke to a CS Rep who offered little assistance. I was disappointed and was sure that my issue wouldn't be addressed but I didn't give up.

I then called the a Warwick location already expecting bad service. I was pleasantly surprised about the excellent service provided. From the initial call with the knowledgeable and patient Customer Service Rep, to the absolutely AMAZING Technician (Pedro) who was immediately dispatched to my home. Seriously, he knocked at my door within a few hours from my call to Petro.

I am impressed to say the least. Petro, the CS Rep (didn't get her name - sorry) and Pedro (the Technician) all deserve this positive review. They really do.

I am looking forward to seeing consistent good service to sign up for regular oil service in the future.

We thought we were well prepared and had taken precautions during the record breaking temperatures. We installed Nest thermostats, left cabinets open, left faucets dripping but even dual diligence didn't help. We came home to the furnace needing to be reset and an air valve leaking. I called Petro the next morning and spoke to Diamond. She took down the information and scheduled an appointment for later that day. She was courteous and thorough. Marty came out and took care of everything. He took the time to explain the problem and resolved everything. Thank you both very much! Very impressed. Petro Home Services has good people working for them that care!

I noticed a water leak from a bleeder valve first thing in the morning and made a service call. A technician (Steve) was at my door within an hour and a half and got to work. He educated me on my boiler as I'm pretty new to having an oil boiler as he noted another issue to be addressed in the near future. We talked on a couple of concerns I had about hot water and efficiency and he went into great detail on items I could consider. His many years of experience were evident as he could get into great detail on the items were talked about. We talked about a boiler replacement and a secondary hot water tank and he had so much information about what to consider for replacements. He's not only a great tech he could easily work in sales. Thanks for all the info Steve.

Extremely happy with Petro Oil. Every time I make a call, service is quick and very easy. Not only that, but when someone comes to my home, they are amazing. Very personal, professional and helpful. The last service call was to fix a leak which took 5 minutes. I asked about a shower leak which had nothing to do with Petro but the guy took the time to look at it and make a recomendation. He showed me on his phone exactly what I needed for parts and exactly what I had to do. He did not need to do this. I will be sticking with Petro for life.

I have had their service and furnace & water heater service plans for a little over a year, and I have no complaints. They come when they say, and have fixed everything first time. This is a big thing. I have had two other local companies where they couldn't even clean a furnace without needing to come back at least 2x. I find that the Petro service technicians are top notch. They even came quickly on a weekend to fix my central AC, even though I do not have a service plan on it!

Our 4 yr old furnace stopped working on a night that was six degrees out. We have a Petro service plan and called at 5:30 am. They told us someone would be out between 9:30 and 12:30. To our relief the repairman arrived at 7:30. He diagnosed the issue quickly, had the replacement part on hand, and had our heat working quickly. We were very appreciative.

Usually when you walk into our house on a hot day, you're walking into cool comfort. Not this time: returning from a two-day business trip on Friday, I stepped from a hot garage into a hot house. The A/C was not functioning. The fan was running. But the house wasn't cool. Early next day, I phoned the Petro 800 #, for service. Very pleasant chat with customer service. And Petro had someone at the house with a couple of hours ... on what was for them a busy Saturday. Tony found the problem immediately: some insulation in our 3-year-old system had come loose and was blocking the air flow. Unfortunately, that meant the entire system had subsequently iced up; he couldn't finish his check-up until the ice melted. So next day, on Sunday, John from Petro showed up to finish the job ... and spent more than 2 hours checking on everything. Plus I learned a lot from him about how to maintain our system for peak performance. Everyone I spoke with, by phone and in person, was calm, personable and radiated competence. Very pleased.
