The people are very helpful when they get here. However twice this year I have run out of oil at night and I think there should be a better way of predicting. Actually I am keeping the hear lower but that does not seem to help and this last time they could only leave me 10 gallons. I have a big house. Margaret Maxwell

Called service in AM when we found that the furnace blower would not shut off.
Technician appeared during the time appointed. Found a control problem after we described the trouble and corrected it (a limit switch)
Done in 20 minutes.

I have been a customer of Petro for along time . They are great for fixing any problems that come along. I've never even thought of changing to a different company . I recommend anyone who is looking for an oil company Petro is the best !

I was very happy with the quick response, called at 7:45am about a leaky furnace, heard from the Technician (Joe) by 10:45am that he was on the way. Joe was very friendly and courteous, did a good job! Many thanks 😊

My elderly grandmother has been a customer for over 40 years. She has no heat. Her oil barrel is empty. You CANNOT leave an elderly person with no heat in the winter! It's not the first time!

Garbage service. Left without heat for 2 days during sub 0 temps. Billed for contracts never presented or accepted. Customer service reps who can't help or don't understand simple questions. No attempt to rectify. Avoid.

Petro should be ashamed of themselves. I clearly asked them not to deliver oil to the apartment I lived in as I was moving. I said I would call them if needed. They delivered oil anyway. Now they are harassing me for payment because the owner of the home is their customer.
