Quick. Simple. And informative. We were facing the coldest day of winter and we had just ended our last “contract” due to being told that they would not come out and fill our tank unless we paid for it in full up front. When I asked what the reasoning was , I was told “ your last payment (which was the remainder of our balance (340$) was 7 days over due.”
I have 4 children. 3 of which are under the age of 6. And my partner and I work our tails off to give our children the best life possible. So sometimes, between work , sports, school, and life in general, sometimes things get accidentally forgotten.
I tried to explain all of this and got no where. With All of my payments from the past 2 years , I was not late once.
I started to lose faith in all oil companies til I found PETRO…
They have the most polite, professional personnel, and they honestly made everything so much easier.
I could actually explain everything to them and they actually listened and explained everything to me on how everything works when joining.
I STRONGLY recommend this company and plan on using them for many years to come!!

Extremely knowledgeable staff and genuinely care about the needs of the customer. They are always timely in answering phones and dispatching technicians to then address the reported issue.

So far so good! This company has treated me well for the 2 months I have been with them. Very Happy!

Petro is very reliable, they make sure the tank doesn't go empty, show up when they are supposed to (the technicians) or let me know when they will be late. Also have a budget plan - unfortunately doesn't help much due to sky high oil prices, but that isn't their fault.

With the uncertainty in the oil home heating prices this year, Petro was very willing to take into consideration that we have been long time customers of theirs and negotiated a fair price for the season. We are retired seniors and appreciate their willingness to work with us….

Friendly, courteous gent came to "inspect" our house, since Petro was going to be our new provider (propane). Neat that he added a cell-based monitor on our tank. Petro and/or I can now "see" the quantity in my tank, remotely (phone app. for me). Very cool!

You have always been there for me and my family. When I needed the budget plan you had one that I could afford. I am a single mom of 3 disabled children and a disabled sister. So, when I need the help with oil Petro was there to say here is a plan that I think it will work for you. I have been with Petro for 5 or 6 years and it is the best thing i ever did. I have had Petro Home Services for about two years and are very happy over their service and customer service people. I never had to call them for oil, their on-line services are easy to use, they make sure if there is a storm you are taken care of without delay. They have followed through with all benefits that they have offered me and more. Thank you Team.

My mother had a petro account at her house before her passing last year, when the balance for home hearing oil wasn’t paid they stopped delivering (understandable) When I called to reinstate service the balance on the account was 2100$, 300 of which was late fees. I explained that my mom had passed away and asked if they could subtract the fees from the balance. They refused. I told them NOT to deliver oil to my house because I wasn’t happy with the service and wanted to shop for a better price. Petro sneakily delivered a full tank of oil to my house and charged me $890 for it! Now that there is a balance on my DECEASED MOTHERS account (not mine) they continually call me trying to collect the balance. Even after I’ve requested to be taken off the automatic call list multiple times. What a pathetic company. You would be foolish to do business with them.

First time Petro service and amazing experience and winter pogram price is good.
