Bob Okerholm installed a utility sink in my basement, which involved connecting a number of pipes and replacing an old drain. He was meticulous, thorough, and efficient, and tested all the connections very carefully. He also took time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions in a friendly, patient manner. At the end he left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him for any household plumbing work.

We have now been with National Refrigeration for three years after our previous company Standish Heating & AC went out of business! Have to say they are excellent & very professional, starting with Doreen in the office. Today we were happy to have Ryan come out for our fall maintenance. He was excellent, as he has been in the past & is very professional, personable, thorough & knowledgeable. He took the time in servicing our units & to answer all our questions & explain our options. We are happy to report both units are working perfectly! We have also had Rito, David & Jarrod in the past & were very pleased with their work also. Over the last 2 years, we have used national refrigeration 5 separate times, in response to a heating system malfunction. Each time, they claimed to “fix” the problem, while telling us our system was too large and would eventually need to be replaced. After the fifth time, and realizing the issue still wasn’t resolved, we called in a different company, who responded immediately and were at our home in less than 15 minutes. They replaced the faulty part, which NF only cleaned, each time they came.

Jared L from National Refrigeration has done a great job maintaining our heating/cooling system, and in patiently diagnosing any issues with our somewhat fickle geo-thermal system. He has been thorough and hard working, professional and polite, has been neat and has cleaned up after his work. He is mindful of our home (cloth booties over boots, if only all contractors would be so mindful). National Refrigeration does great work, and I would highly recommend them. Doreen who does their scheduling does a great job. She gets back to you right away, and is really efficient, professional and friendly.

Sam did a great job - professional, thorough, followed protocol - he wore shoe covers and a mask, took time to explain what he was doing and show me things if I had questions. He did a great job cleaning and tuning up my AC. As a leader in Human Resources myself - I know National Refrigeration is lucky to have Sam as an employee. Good work!

Jarrod Pacheco was excellent today. We both were careful to be safe for the visit and he answered all our questions and kept us informed along the way for our maintenance. Prompt and resepctful of our space. Excellent service.

First time with National Refrigeration, new HVAC system was installed and I had them come out for an annual service. Jarrod the tech was here for awhile doing what they do. Very professional, I had an issues which was above and beyond regarding the fans constantly running. He spoke with the manufacture and solved the problem in 15 minutes. The company that installed the HVAC system was of no help to me. I was very pleased with the service.

Bob Okerholm was fantastic!!!! I would highly recommend him!! Very nice, very knowledgeable, I couldn't be happier with his service this morning!!
I had a pipe that burst in my first floor bathroom and he replaced the pipe so fast and efficiently!!!
Can't thank him enough, I now can fully use my upstairs bathroom!!

Charles F. quickly and efficiently repaired our AC unit. I appreciate that he had his mask on immediately upon exiting his service truck and kept it on throughout the visit. He explained everything he was doing and was extremely professional throughout the service call. We will always use National Refrigeration for our HVAC needs even if we have to wait and even if it costs a little more because of their exceptional service techs.

Service men and service was excellent. Both were professional and presented themselves well. Highly reccomended
