I worked with Brian to get a quote for a mini-split a/c to cool the downstairs of my house. He came and did the quote and National Refrigeration was the most reasonable price I receive, especially since the electrician cost was included in the quote. They were able to get the mini-split ordered as soon as I was ready and I decided to add the heat pump option for $500 more. Once the unit came in, they came and installed as soon as I was able - the team that installed was courteous, professional and worked diligently throughout the day to get everything done. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

The service rep was prompt and professional. I have used National Refrigeration several times in the past and they will continue to get my service. Very satisfied!

Technician found a minor leak in Gas pipe which he repaired. Without this plan I would never had known. He came in and checked vents but not all of them said it wasn’t necessary. Other than that very satisfied.

Rito was very knowledgable & personable. He patiently answered all our questions & offered advice.

Sam was amazing. pleasant, professional. the office even called to ask if he could arrive early. i will be moving to Lincoln soon and will definitely use National Refrigeration, hoping to have Sam be the technician again :)

With no heat in February I am very happy I called National and that they did their due diligence to get here as fast as they could. I also thought the cost of the service was extremely fair.
