I've never written a review before but felt compelled to do so with National Refrigeration. I have been a residential customer with National Refrigeration for over 10 years. Over this time, beside preventative maintenance calls, I have had a heat exchanger, draft motor and circuit board replaced. In all instances, I have found their technicians (Dave P and Ryan most recently) to be prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, neat, professional and always willing to answer my numerous questions. Brian Kelly as Service Manager as well as Elizabeth and Jessica as service department representatives have always been extremely good to deal with on quotes or service coordination. I highly recommend National Refrigeration as HVAC service contractor.

I recently purchased a home and noticed that there was water leaking from my bathroom fan. I was able to get someone to come out and check out the issue within 48 hours. Jarrod P came out and was very professional, thorough, and honestly quick. He was able to determine it was condensation caused by the extreme cold we have been having recently. He took photos to show me what the situation looked like in the attic and let me know he rearranged some insulation already there so it better surrounds the fan area. He also gave me a recommendation for ac service come the spring as well. I’d highly recommend this company

We have used National Refrigeration for years now. Always happy with their service and professionalism. This year we had a leak in our system and Charles was assigned our case. He was awesome! He identified the issue… and rectified it quickly and efficiently. Even saved us some money!! Very happy with this young man! Highly recommend

Sam the repairman showed up on Christmas Eve, he was very friendly, professional and found the problem promptly. However, the part couldn’t be replaced until after Christmas. Not Sam’s fault. He was back early after the holiday and replaced the part. Furnace is working great. Sam was wonderful, an asset to your company.

The latest maintenance was, as usual, prompt and efficient. It was a special experience since, 18 years ago, Rita was my student at Killingly High School in Connecticut. Bob arrived promptly, greeted us warmly and professionally. He kept us informed of the issue and the steps toward resolution including options available to us. He kept the options budget friendly and listed items readily available to resolve our issue so that we wouldn't be disrupted in any way. Bob is a wonderful asset to the National team and even though we don't like it when something breaks, National is always there for us.

On time, professional, and knowledgeable. They charged $125 for a diagnostic visit, but couldn't gain access to the entire air handler. The tech said once access was fully granted, they would come back free of charge to ensure his theory was correct. Very happy with their services.

I have been dealing with this company for 20yrs. I've had nothing but good experiences
with them. Great service always. Had a regular service call done today. Rito S. was the service tech today. Always pleased with his service. Was right on time/ even a few minutes early. Explained what he was doing as he went along. showed me a couple of things I didn't know about the heating unit.
Very personable and friendly. Very satisfied with all aspects of service. Would recommend this company anytime and twice on Sunday.
