Yesterday I had the annual preventive maintenance done on my A/C that had been installed by National. I was impressed with the service that I received, the technician, Jarrod was here on time, polite, and did a thorough job of inspecting and performing maintenance on my units. He took great care to protect the area he was working in and did an excellent job.

Sam came to fix a recurring issue we've had for the last 4 years with our AC unit. We've had many different companies in to fix it - but never a permanent fix. Sam did a thorough review / repair of our system, but more importantly, he took the time to educate me on the issue and changes we could make in how we use our system, so that we never have this issue again.

Our scheduled time was between 8 &10:00. David arrived a little before 8 which was great. He checked inside to see where he needed to go...attic area. He had booties on his feet. This was a big plus as far as I was concerned. He was also masked. Another plus. He was upstairs doing what he does and then went outside to check the condenser. Did I mention he put in a new air filter for us. David spent more time examining our system, and cleaning the condenser than our previous company. He was personable and professional; a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Dave is a friendly professional; punctual, courteous and thorough. He takes time to do the job correctly and always cleans up the space he has worked at. I feel fortunate to have his knowledge for my AC and heating needs. I have had other representatives from National and all have been as professional. David is an asset to the company.

Hi, today we had Samuel Gil from National Refrigeration visit our home to service our HVAC system. Samuel was very polite and courteous and got right to work. We had several questions and concerns to ask regarding the system and Samuel checked out each concern and answered each question with detailed explanations. Samuel was neat as he came in and out of our condo. Samuel performed maintenance on our HVAC system thoroughly checking the components. He also replaced the filter in the system. He completed the service by checking carbon monoxide levels at each vent. We thanked Samuel very much for his service and thank you National Refrigeration for having such experienced and efficient service staff.
Also, we want to commend National Refrigeration for their customer service, who took our request for service and helped us schedule a date that worked for us. Also, their followup calls to remind us of our service date and time were very helpful.

Doreen has always assisted me quickly and professionally. I have dealing with her for 10+ years and am thankful to have such a great support when my ac or heat goes down. She is exceptional at her job and we are so thankful for her!

Bob was friendly and courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. He and his partner, Phil, enjoyed working together and did so efficiently. They did an excellent job.

Company came out late on a Friday afternoon to repair broken AC. Fix was relatively simple and a very reasonable cost. The technician fully explained the issue and promptly replaced the broken part.

Dave P. was on time and professional, he kept me aware of his progress through out his time on-site and was great to work with.
