Phil did a great job of removing our garbage disposal, installing a drain pipe in its place and installing an under sink water filter. He was very pleasant and accommodating to our needs. He cleaned up the area nicely. We were very pleased with the service we received.

She listened affectionately about my AC issues and was able to setup a service visit extremely fast during a very hot week. Sam came out to service my AC and he was very courteous and professional. Great business to do business with. Had a very difficult time finding someone to come out and service my AC. Some wanted me to wait months. Came across this company and they were able to come out the next week. So glad I found them. I actually decided to sign contract with them and they have since come back to do heating maintenance. I called over the winter on a Saturday. Management immediately got back to me to tell me someone would call on Monday. They called me on Monday and told me they were not scheduling until March and that they would call me in March. I assumed I would have to follow up. They called me like they promised and I did not have to follow up. Jarrod, the technician showed up on time and was quick, polite, clean, and professional. I am thrilled! I called when my AC stopped working during the last heat wave, being a new home owner I didn't have much knowledge about the system, it's set up in my house, or it's history. The woman who answered the phone was amazing; she asked my concerns and listened to what I had going on. She was so kind, and had excellent communication. She let me know someone could come out the same day(!!!) and kept me updated with the ETA of the technician (without asking!) I can not emphasize enough how much love, appreciate, and value good communication. Dave came to the rescue (right on time!) He was clearly very knowledgable and was able to swiftly diagnose the issue and replace the flux capacitor (just kidding - it was the run capacitor). He answered all of my million questions, and was so patient and friendly, despite the extreme heat he was having to deal with for the repair. He was also very kind to my overly friendly cat (if you have social pets, fear not!) I had just installed a nest thermostat myself and he optimized some of the settings to help with my lack of power and explained the prior thermostat was battery operated and took the time to show and explain some settings to make the nest system work better. I also decided to join the "comfort club" so he also did a nice cleanup of my system. By later that night my AC was completely back to working order and I feel good knowing the whole system just had a tune up since this is a newly purchased home and who knows when that was last done. Anyway, my thanks again for the quick and excellent service!
