The Plumber Company

Woke up last Friday to discover we had no hot water. My husband called at 7:30 am and was told someone would get back to him. Within 10 minutes he had a return call and an appointment for a plumber to arrive by lunch time. A second call from Omar (who performed our work) a short time later, let us know that he be there shortly; a full 3 hours earlier than promised. Omar diagnosed the problem and provided options for repair vs. replace. After deciding what to do, Omar was able to order the replacement tank and completed the work by noon on Saturday. He was quick to respond to texts from my husband, and we couldn't be happier with the work. We will hire this company again.

I called for a leak in the basement.The technician Ryan was very professional and came within an hour. He identified the problem in five minutes and advised me to call a roofing company. It was not a plumbing issue. There was no charge for the service call. I referred the plumbing company to my mom who also has a leak in her basement. Overall we are very pleased with their service.

I called this company for the replacement of most of my water fixures around the house, thinking that I had to call another company in to do the HVAC work I needed done. NOPE, they do it all! They were able to replace my inside and outside faucets & serviced both my heating unit and AC system, Because I did BOTH maintenances on the systems they gave me 20% off. What is better than that? Definately my new Plumbing and HVAC company. Thanks to the Office Manager Alexis for expediting a technician so quickly and Shayne was very nice, clean and efficient!!

Wonderful customer service and quality workmanship. Think his name was Andrew. He was excellent! Was affordable for exceptional quality and fast!

We have always had a good experience with this company. Brandon has been the very best. He does excellent work and is always there when he says he'll be there. In addition, he is polite and respectful.

They were not able to do any “finish” work. They put several holes in the new floor while trying to install a wall radiator. The shower faucet is not installed properly and they don’t know how to fix it. Tiles were damaged. The toilet was not installed level.

I would not recommend.

Older house in need of some repairs, pipe insulation, replacement toilet, converting from gas to heat pump water heater, etc...second time using TPC, super impressed at the quality of the work and high level of customer service. Their A+ rating by the BBB is deserved. Bonded and insured of course. Love these folks.

James was great! He came out same day and diagnosed my Rinnai Boiler. Unfortunately, he had to order a part. It has been a week and hopefully he's back soon to complete repair.

Our furnace knocked out on us so we called Doug at The Plumber Company. He gave me a ballpark price on the phone and then his guy came to house and fixed the motor and replaced two values. I got charged less than I was quoted! The same day service also put a smile on my face. Thank you!

They replaced a heating oil tank for me. Did a great job for a very reasonable price.
