The Plumber Company has helped me with 3 furnace installations, a sewer connection, and multiple other smaller repairs and projects. They're always on time, do an excellent job, and leave the site clean. Highly recommend!

Ryan came and repaired a broken drainpipe that could have cost plenty if a non-experienced plumber tried to repair the pipe. I recommend using The Plumber Co as a reliable source for your plumbing needs.

This company is horrible. They charged us for work that was not done. They charged us for 25 feet of piping that was not used. When we called them on it they issued us a slight refund after several weeks (which was good) but then several weeks after that we found out they also didn't clean our boiler like they were suppose to do. Another plumber confirmed this for us. It was filthy. Cleaning the boiler was on the original work order and we were charged $300 for that. They refuse to return calls back to us when we requested a refund. I don't recommend this company at all.

This company is amazing. Brandon came to our house when our pipes froze. It was really bad. We had to replace 9 pipes because our boiler broke while we were on vacation. We came home and it was 11 degrees in our house. Brandon stayed until 1am in the morning to fix our pipes so we could get the boiler back on before the big storm that was coming the next day. When we were about to lose hope, he came up with a creative "closed circuit" solution that was nothing short of genius. This company (and Brandon) really helped us and we are very grateful!

I want to let you know how impressed I was by Three of your employees last week in taking care of my oil burner. On Friday, Jan.17, Luigy came to our house to give us an estimate and he was ready to go to work right away. I delayed making a decision until too late in the day on Friday. The next day, Jan.18, your company sent Angel and Jason to install a new oil burner in our house. In less than two hours we had heat. All three employees knew their trade, made us feel comfortable and had a good sense of humor. I will recommend your company and these three outstanding employees in the future to my family and friends. Petro, our former company walked away from us just when we needed them the most. Removed oil tank, boiler, and water heater. Converted to on demand hot water. Craig, Shane, Lee and the other guys were amazing. Did an amazing job. Clean, efficient, and on time. Always resonded to my questions and offered advice. Will definitely use them again and refer my friends...

Shayne went above and beyond when fixing our oil burner. When he realized he would need another part to complete the repair he was back the very next day and had it fixed right away. I would absolutely recommend them.

We highly recommend the Plumber Co. of Newport. We required emergency service. The sewer pipe to the street was plugged and the basement had an unpleasant back flow. They came immediately and cleared the drain. Using a camera on a snake, Brandon gave us the bad news that there were dips in the line which could result in a recurrence of blockages. He gave us a quote for excavating the sewer line from the house to the street. It was amazing to watch them dig up the old line which was indeed not built to code. Brandon was a work horse and the sewer line was reconnected by the end of the day, something we thought would not be possible. Kyle also replaced a 25-year-old garbage disposal very efficiently.

All went well with the changing out of the compensator on my furnace. Quick response from your company with the same day as call repair. Ryan did a great job. Thanks.
