Anthony & Dave were very professional and went above and beyond on every detail of the job which was quite big. They replaced old cast iron pipes and installed a new faucet.

The technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They were installing a WAGS valve on our hot water heater. Prior to that visit, we used Statewide to repair/replace both cold water and hot water connections on the supply lines at the water heater inlet. One of those visits was on a weekend. We are on the third floor of an apartment/condo building and water was leaking down to the second and first floor units. They were very responsive and came out right away. We were impressed with those technicians as well. Now, the WAGS valve will give us peace of mind that we won't have any disastrous leaks that affect our neighbors. In addition, the owner of Statewide took time out of his schedule to have a long conversation with us when we were trying to make a decision on how to proceed (new typical water heater, tankless water heater or the WAGS Valve). We appreciated that extra effort, we felt valued as a customer. Great, professional employees combined with excellent service. We highly recommend Statewide Plumbing and Heating.

Statewide Plumbing was great. They were responsive, showed up on time and did professional work. They took pains to clean up after themselves and had fair pricing.

Called the day before new years for an emergency leak on behalf of my tenant. Plumber was at the location in 30 minutes and had it resolved within a few hours. They made it easy, quick and with a high degree of trust even though I was a new customer.

Mediocre work at very high rates. Tried to charge me 500 bucks when we suspected a leak from their work and they inspected things for an hour. They didn’t even do any work. Just cut a small hole in a ceiling. What a ripoff. They even tried to charge me a gas surcharge even though they are located 3 miles away.
I’ll give them some credit for coming down on the fee after I complained. So do that if you see an outrageous bill.
This doesn’t even touch upon other issues we had with the original work they did.
If you see yelp, they have 1.5 stars. They must have done something to scrape the bad reviews off here.
Stay away.

Some people make sure they take the time to complain . As a former business owner I experienced it.
I sincerely never had a company go above and beyond to take care of your needs. Workers are clean, neat and punctual . The owner is organized and does his best to get to your home a.s.a.p.

Made one call to Statewide Plumbing. Andrew showed up on time, handled three different issues in a very professional and timely manner. The service was excellent! This will be the plumbing company I will be using going forward. Highly recommended!

Carlos and Ozzie came out to diagnose a noisy ceiling heater. They did a wonderful job of finding the noise and came up with an agreeable solution. This is the second time this team has done work in the condo building and I would use them again and again.

Statewide was excellent. Gave me a quote on my fixtures and ultimately installed everything perfectly. It has been a year and there are no leaks or issue with the materials. The installation of both toilets/faucets was quick and efficient. Statewide brought everything needed for installation after looking at the jobsite. Great work.
