My previous AC contractor scheduled me out two months for a mini-split quote. I called Restivos and they had quoted and installed the unit in less time. I switched my annual preventative maintenance for my other AC units to Restivos. Chris, their service tech, explained everything and did an outstanding job so I had him back again this year. The ladies that answered the phone were accommodating and nice. I'm very satisfied with Restivos" service and support.

Had a 4 zone ac/heat pump installed last may. Took 4 months to get wifi modules in because there on backorder. ( I was ok with that) then had to chase them down to finish the job. When they finally came out. They took the controls that I paid for (which was suppose to be integrated with my boiler said where not going to that now. Where gonna give you a 1 free service contract. Huh! The unit got a warranty!! Still haven't received a refund check jan23rd. Sales man keeps telling the check been cut.. only word of advice is to stay on top of things! There quick to take your money! Not so quick to follow thru with things they say there gonna do!

I recently bought my first home and called Restivo's for an estimate. I had a couple of options that I was considering and was comparing them with other companies. In the end, I chose Restivo's and I am glad I did. Not only did I have an affordable price on my new gas boiler and air conditioning, but also a humidifier to go with it. It was one of the best decisions I made, not only for myself but for my family. Nick and Mario were my installers and I have to say they were so professional and clean. They answered all of my questions and concerns. Amy was great too. She answered the phone and set me up right away with an estimate. She was very pleasant and went out of her way to help me. So thank you to the Restivo’s family for making my family happy. My mom is now ready to get hers done.
The service department was professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Heather is wonderful to work with and truly cares about her customers. In the initial stages of the project, I even received a call from the owner detailing my options. I appreciate that I was not treated like a number but a as a person. I definitely recommend Restivo's.
They are beyond awesome! From start to finish everyone's been nothing but accommodating and nice to us. My husband and I needed to get our furnace repaired before we closed on our house. We originally had a company that was referred to us by friends that completely screwed us over. Restivos came to the rescue! Frantic, I reached out to them and they got out within days to give me a quote. I worked with Leah who is beyond amazing! She was always friendly and did everything she could to get us our furnace installed. Within a week from contacting them, our new furnace was installed. Thank you so much!!! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
This was by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever had. Restivo's was recommended to me from National Grid's contractor list for installation of a gas boiler when converting from oil to natural gas through the RISE program. DO NOT, under any circumstances, FOLLOW THIS RECOMMENDATION. After a series of it-would-be-funny-if-it-wasn't-my-life mix-ups, miscommunications, non-communications, and sneaky over-charges that I caught only because I was paying close attention, they finally installed my boiler. The workmanship was so shoddy that when I had it inspected, I was informed by the City inspector that it was the worst installation job he had ever seen and he immediately failed the inspection. They sent another crew out to re-do everything. Even so, we had to pay to replace equipment on all of our radiators because they were so damaged and clogged with oil left over from the first install (when the technicians did not properly skim the boiler after installation). With the amount of time I spent taking time out of work, trying to get ahold of someone on the phone, and fighting just for the most mediocre workmanship and customer service, I would much rather have chosen a company who quoted at a higher price. Don't make the same mistakes I did. When Jack gives you the initial quote, he will be very kind and will give you confidence in the company. It all goes downhill from there, FAST. My experience with them ended over a year ago and I had resolved not to write a review because Restivo did come out and re-perform the work for which they were paid. I didn't want to be "that person." Unfortunately, the company just contacted me trying to collect on an "unpaid invoice" for which I have proof - from Restivo's - that it was paid and that the discrepancy was a result not of my underpayment but of their poor record-keeping. Avoid at all costs. I'm not joking. I wouldn't recommend Restivo's to my worst enemy.
