Restivo's Heating & Air Conditioning

This worst company I have ever had a contract with. I made an appointment 2 months ago for maintenance service on my boiler and central air conditioning system. On the date of the appointment, I was out on military duties. When the technician came to my house he only serviced the air conditioning system but did not work on the boiler. He took advantage of the fact that my wife doesn't know match about the work that was to be done. The technician coerced my wife into paying over $500 after he only did half the work I requested for. I will not recommend this company anyone.

Restivo's installed a central air conditioning system, along with ductless systems in ito home and we have never been more comfortable year round. The units work fantastically and the Restivo's crew was on time and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and the quote was very competitive.

Had a new central air unit installed here in Narragansett. Great job Restivos. The crew was great and so helpful. I would hire Restivos again any time!

I called on a Saturday after having no heat. Spoke with Curtis who had just been in North Providence, but was in Wakefield by now. He spoke with my wonderful brother Eric and walked him through several steps ( and after sending photos of my furnace) to get it up snd running. IT WORKED!! Thank you so mych for your time and patience in this as well. Restivo’s, you have a wonderful worker there. You also came to our rescue a few years back with ouR hot water heater. Prompt courteous worker then. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Horrible experience with this company. The instal was shoddy and had to pay for repair when carbon monoxide was leaking. It’s only 4 years old and broke yesterday. I called and told them I had no heat and they never called me back

I just want to say thank you to Jack Restivo for taking care of me,I bought cooling system of the internet thinking that it's easy to install I called so many places and I was turned down because I didn't buy from them Jack Restivo and his team took excellent care of getting back to me and instilling the unit. New Ductless system installed is great ! Price was under 3 other company's and with better equipment. Installers Steve, Whitey and Matt were excellent workers . A Great Family Company !

I had a brand new HVAC system installed by These folks and from the estimate to the final completion of the install everything was wonderful so far so good I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone

Awful awful service. The guy had no clue what he was doing. He didn’t bring all parts needed to do routine ac maintenance. Took him all day - he left and came back and had the audacity to charge me for travel time to get the parts he should’ve had to begin with! Total rip-off. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Feel bad for the many elderly people they rip-off.
