Very satisfied with our experience. Adam walked us through the entire process on the front end during his bid and carefully set expectations. Berto and Juan communicated thoroughly during the two-day install process and meticulously set up the equipment to our liking. Electrician was quick and professional. Overall, highly recommended.

Greenwood's team is very communicative and proactive in keeping their customers informed about the status of a particular service call. They kept us informed of when their service technician was on the way to our home. Michael did a sensational job for us in diagnosing our furnace challenge and then getting the necessary part on order and finally installed. Michael is a very customer-oriented individual who explained everything that was needed. We appreciate this company's total professionalism and timely responses to our needs.

Adam Houser came out and gave us our estimate for furnace replacement, new heat pump and duct cleaning. He explained the options, features, warranty and schedule. Matthew Jaccoi and his apprentice Layton and Miguel showed up as scheduled, left our place clean and explained everything they were doing. It all works and looks great and is quiet. We have had this company doing our service for over three decades. Great work!

I will start off by saying that these guys were awesome. Over the past nine years, I have had quite a few contractors come to my house to bid, remodel, and do repairs. Of all the companies I've worked with, these guys have to be in my top three favorites (possibly even the best). John Louzy was the first person we met with from sales. He provided us a great overview of all their products and didn't try to up-sale like some of the other bids I received. I did my homework, so I knew the basics and what was needed vs what was a break even proposal that wouldn't happen for at least 15 years (New Furnace and A/C install). Not only did he provide me a great bid, but he beat a competitor (Costco) which was already providing a great deal. John also worked with me on a request for installing gas pipe stubs for the outside patio which helped me out a ton. The response time for installation was unreal too. I only had to wait one week. When the day of install came, I had two main installers show up (and few more popped in and out throughout the day). Rob Malphrus and Jared Anderson worked constantly for two full days. They were extremely nice and thorough with everything they did. I was prepared for finding some shortcuts, being a type A person, but I couldn't find a single thing I was disappointed with. Every day, everything was picked up better than they found it and their attention to detail was outstanding. When everything was complete, Jared walked me through all the information and next steps (i.e. inspectors, maintenance, how to operate thermostat, etc.) This company was not on my original list of bids, but after reading other reviews, I figured I better get them out to see what they were all about. I now know why everyone rates this company so high. Just make sure if you are doing any sort of HVAC, you at least give them an opportunity to be part of your process.
First and foremost. They are super professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I really did like the technician that came out and was a pleasant experience. That being said, their prices are eye gouging. To replace a water condensation pump was $500 for what was a unit that I ended up buying a higher end one for $70 and changing it myself in 30 min including the trip to home depot. As respectful as they are, i just wouldn't trust service and repairs and a fair price when quoted that high for such a trivial task.
We are so very pleased with the service we received from the Greenwwod team. Our installment of our new furnace was fast and the install team was top notch! We even got it installed a day early, before the snow hit! Kyle and Brandon from the Everett shop did an excellent job! They were professional, courteous and genuine. I can't think of a more positive experience I could have had with a furnace installation. Brand new Trane furnace and Thermostat and additional piping for proper air flow all finished in 6 hours, and on a Saturday! Nate W. Is a super knowledgeable pro and can crack jokes while also teaching you about your new products. Even the quoting process with Lori was a pleasure, she made me feel heard. Thanks guys, my house is super warm now :)
The installation of a new furnace, heat pump, and tankless hot water system was completed today after three very busy days. The entire crew who participated in the installation were punctual, professional, and extremely helpful. Samuel K. and Eric H. were there all day for all three days. They only left each day when everything was completed for that day and explained to us and after making sure everything was spotless. Our old home presented challenges that they attacked with vigor and skill. They kept us informed on what they were doing, got us involved when decisions were needed, and changed their plans when additional information was discovered. Their thorough, problem-solving attitude was appreciated. It was very obvious they loved their work and worked together to provide the very best installation they could. They protected our home environment from the wet weather and left the area containing the furnace and tankless water heater in much better shape than it was when the project started. Yes, I probably paid a bit more, but the confidence that the job was done correctly and with high quality more than makes up for it. I look forward to maintaining a relationship with Greenwood. Greenwood Heating has been taking care of our system from the beginning when we moved from oil to gas. Working out each issue, they resolved and got us through the first 2-3 winters. Now, they are maintaining our system and tankless water heater regularly. We have had no issues since maintaining. Have recommended them to several friends and would recommend again and again. Very much appreciate their professionalism and service integrity.
We had one of the techs come out to check on some curious rattling coming from the vents when our furnace in our manufactured home. He located the issue under the house, but assured us that issue was nothing to be concerned about. True. Later that day we ran out dryer only to find out that it wasn't drying. After a few tries, my family opted to find a new dryer figuring the old 1 just quit. After attaching the new dryer, the same non drying issue occured.. I crawled under my house only to discover that our dry vent hose was SMASHED COMPLETELY CLOSED!!! THE TECH FROM GREENWOOD HEATING CRAWLED RIGHT ON TOP OF IT!!! Costing my household more money and headaches unnecessarily!!! The tech was careless! I had even asked him to be careful with anything that is down because I did not know what was still attached to appliances or anything of that sort. If anyone chooses to use these guys, make sure you check their work before they leave.
We just had Greenwood install a heat pump in our home. They were fantastic. The initial interaction with Kyler went very well; he was very knowledgeable and informative and went over multiple options and solutions for us. The day of the install was exactly the same and just what we were told to expect. Jared and Rob did the install work. They were very neat and the finished product is great. I was impressed with how organized and tidy their service truck and workspaces were. The install went very smooth and they were very respectful of our home - we have 1 person working from home and a 5 year old also “working” from home and neither were impacted by the install. They also effectively kept the system intact enough throughout the process that our home never got chilly. Great company, great service, great employees. Thank you so much Greenwood.
We got a new Trane furnace put in by SAMUEL K. & ERIC. They were great! Super professional, worked clean, efficient, & gave a good run through on their workflow and about the system. Would definitely recommend.
From start to finish I was very impressed. From setting up the initial estimate to installation of the Ac the whole process was very smooth. I was also told it would take two days for installation and they did it all in one day, very tidy crew and took their time to help me find the right spot for the unit.
Greenwood has been handling our maintenance for several years. We have a complex HVAC system. The Greenwood tech is very familiar with our system. His work is thorough and meticulous. He keeps excellent notes from year to year so we can see trends. When he is complete everything is left clean and neat. His answers to my questions are clear and complete. We trust Greenwood to keep our system in top notch order and to be there if we have a problem.
We've been working with Greenwood Heating for years, to our satisfaction. We do our annual heating maintenance with them. This week Eric and Samuel from the Lynnwood location installed a new attic furnace in our home. They did an excellent job protecting our floors and paint while working. They also diagnosed missing items in our previous install and immediately ordered what was needed for a safe and complete installation. The job was completed without a problem as scheduled. We're very happy with their service.
We have been using Greenwood Heating & Air for about 3 years now for annual maintenance - always good service and easy to work with the office for scheduling. This year, for first time ever, our heat pump stopped turning on for cooling or heating, although air was still circulating. Luis came to check on it and diagnosed the problem quickly. Luis made the full repair and checked out our system thoroughly. Luis was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. We're happy to be using Greenwood to keep our heat pump working great.
