Scheduled an appointment to fix a furnace, was told first appointment was 3 days out and required a $179 deposit. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm appointment time and was confirmed. 30 minutes after the appointment window received a text to reschedule a week from the due to hazardous weather. On the day on the second appointment (10 days without heat) I again called to confirm and was told the technician rescheduled again for over a week in the future, but no one had called to ask if that even worked. I requested a refund, which is being processed in the next 3-5 business days. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

I had an issue with my air conditioning. I called for service and was able to get a same day appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it within a few hours. They were also able to give me advice on how to prevent future issues with my AC unit.

I called them to help me with my AC and was very pleased with the service. The guys who came out were very friendly and professional. They did a great job and were very inexpensive. I would definitely call them again if I ever need any work done on my AC.
Told them I absolutely needed someone out same day to look at my gas heater. They gave me a window of 11:15am - 2:15pm. They of course called me 15 minutes after my window was over to tell me they don't have anyone for 10 days. How do they quote me a 3 hour window same day, and then change it to a 10 day window? Already had charged my card $200 bucks of course and killed my day when I could have been looking for someone else.
Dan was excellent in every manner, quick to respond, and straightforward. After chatting with Dan, we decided to move forward with Benjamin Heating And Cooling for the installation of our new air conditioning since we felt quite comfortable doing so. Installing was done by Fred and Jeff, who were excellent and extremely competent. You won't be let down by this firm and we heartily recommend them to everyone.
Benjamin Heating And Cooling rescued my old, cranky furnace this past summer. They came out to assess my situation and gave me an honest, no pressure recommendation. Since then we've had excellent support from the Benjamin Heating And Cooling staff and technicians. Most recently they came out to assist us and went well above and beyond to get us taken care of.
Benjamin replaced a blower and motor on my furnace today. He was the ultimate professional. The job was completed in good time and the work area was left neat and tidy. Thank you for your service. A repeat customer!
