I originally was thrilled with the service we received from Climate Pro. Warren was professional and personable. . His prices are reasonable. However, this time around, he has completely ghosted me. I spoke to him on the phone. Then at his request, I texted him my contact information. I know he received the information because he texted back. Then nothing. A professional would have told me they were unable to assist. Ghosting is unprofessional.

Warren is the best. I had another HVAC fellow come out to look at my furnace. He told me I needed to replace my furnace and that my existing furnace was too small for my house. It would have been about $7000+ to replace. A friend of mine had worked for Warren, so I called Climate Pro (Warren) to look at my furnace. Warren was very professional, looked at my furnace, checked the temperatures coming out of the vents and said my furnace needed to be fixed & the size was fine for my home. So $300 later, my furnace worked wonderfully. I would suggest anyone to use Warren, he is as honest and professional as any installation & repair company could be. Thanks Warren! Cheri Young
I am very pleased with Climate Pro. They installed a heat pump outside unit and connected it to my heat pump ready electric furnace. Their price was very competitive. We had an AC unit added to our home by Climate Pro. We obtained 3 bids from different HVAC companies and Warren offered the best price by far. They showed up on time for all their appointments, bid, install day and the next day for wrap-up. Warren graciously answered all of my various questions throughout the process. They wore masks all the time in this COVID era, they protected the carpets and wore booties and were respectful of our property. The install looks so clean and tidy. Definitely will be looking to Climate Pro for any future maintenance and services.
I was looking for help with a project that required the use of an old A/C pump motor. Warren stepped right up and removed the refreigerant for me when others wouldn't. I was impressed with the well-organized shop and quick, friendly service. I would definitely call him again for any A/C issues.
Climate Pro did a great job. Bid was better then companies, arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would and the installtion looks great.
It’s over two months that we’ve been in the cold and no way that we will get over with winter soon. It will only take a Pro to wheather you through the season. To our surprise Warren Thomas of Climate Pro showed up to work on our furnace and left again in just a few minutes. Furnace is back ,running! I can't even begin to describe how pleased I am with the new natural gas furnace that was installed by Warren and his 'crew' (Connor...hope I spelled that correctly). Of all the major improvements to our house over the past 25 plus years, i.e. re-roofing, plumbing, electrical work, kitchen remodel, etc., I would say that Climate Pro LLC ranks at the top of the list of companies I would recommend without hesitation. After reviewing 4 bids for this project, not only was I impressed with the American Standard brand of 2 stage furnaces, but Warren also walked me through several choices for filters and thermostats and allowed me to select the products that I thought would be best for our particular needs and budget. On top of all that, the quote from Climate Pro LLC was extremely competitive. Selecting the best components for a furnace project doesn't mean a thing if the installation is shoddy. However, what really closed the deal with Climate Pro LLC is that Warren himself is involved with the actual install. Before the work began, the process was laid out in detail and once they began the work, they put their heads down and went at it, slowing only to deal with problems that had been created by another installer years and years ago. The workmanship, problem solving and attention to detail was outstanding. Warren's sheet metal work on the transitions and drip pan are a thing of beauty. The entire area was protected from dirt and debris and they cleaned as they went. I think they left the work space cleaner than they found it! When the install was completed, not only did Warren spend some time showing me the functions of the new thermostat, but they also did a full 'commissioning' of the new system; checking for leaks, doing pressure tests, etc. I would like to summarize for those of you who hate wading through wordy reviews (I include myself in this group). Warren has maintained our heaters for 15 years. We have also personally known Warren for as many years. We believe there are only three things you need to know when is comes to Warren and Climate Pro LLC. Warren is friendly, professional (meaning he'll give you quality work) and honest.
I was doing a renovation on a 1976 house and my electrician suggested the idea of a minisplit to replace the baseboard heating that we had removed when we took down walls. When I was having a tough time finding a company that could do the unit without charging an arm and a leg, I finally found Climate Pro. Warren was super responsive and understood my needs as well as my budget. He made recommendations that helped make it possible to get the minisplit. He was always on time and very professional. Not only did he install a quality unit, but he did little things that I didn't even know made it a quality install....he mounted the outside unit so it wouldn't have to sit on the ground and he hid all the hoses and wires that run outside in a good looking conduit so it looks clean. I can easily recommend Warren for heating and cooling services!!

Warren installed my furnace and heat pump about 5 years ago, he had a great price and did a great job. I just had warren out to service the furnace and pump, he was prompt and the service call was less than I would have expected, a nice surprise! He is my go to if I have a furnace problem. Thanks, Bob
Warren and his team are great. They are very customer service oriented and thorough in their work. They always show up on time and efficiently do the work they arrive to do. They are very dependable and have been helpful several times when we have had unexpected issues arise. They are a family owned, local company! I would always recommend Climate Pro!
