When our furnace went out and we were suddenly left without heat, All-Ways Heating & A/C was able to quickly come in and assess the damage. They laid out all of our repair options clearly, helping us prioritize and save money where possible. Their professionalism and expertise made for a smooth and successful experience. Definitely recommend them for furnace and heater repairs!
Nothing but high remarks for All-Ways Heating & A/C. Figures I would have heating issues during the coldest day of the year. The worker was professional and more importantly prompt to attend to my issue. He resolved the problem efficiently without wasting time, and my gas furnace repair was finished the same day. Great experience.
Do not trust this guy as he neither has the technical skills nor ability to provide any customer service. He came out in November to fix my electrical heater, charged around $400 to replace a random peace which only worked for a day. He came back and replaced the circuit breaker for $200 and claimed electrical heaters can live forever as long as you maintain them. Now two months later the heater stopped working again. I call him back and nicely ask him what he thinks about the repair he did and instead of looking into the issue he gets defensive and accuses me of bad mouthing him and not trusting his work. I am a supporter of small and local businesses, but this one failed me. Here is another reason you shouldn’t trust such one-man companies, bigger companies with established organization, professional staff and procedures are able to provide you at bare minimum some kind of a limited time warranty on their own repairs and the elements they installed, but this guy didn’t even bother to come back to see if the issue was from the parts he installed. Instead he immediately got defensive and tried to turn it back on me not trusting him. Zero level of professionalism, insufficient technical skills and lack of customer service will probably get you out of business sooner than later my friend.
A+ customer service and repairs. Called All-Ways Heating & A/C after another company quoted a longer, more expensive list of repairs. Their technician was able to diagnose and repair the gas furnace in one visit. This is my new go to for anything HVAC related. Thank you!
Ken came to my house and repaired a furnace the same day I called him. Also, he gave me important info on the furnace, I appreciate it a lot. He is a real pro: responsible, competent and knowledgeable. Ken provides quick, friendly service and price is reasonable. Recently gave this gentleman a call, was aggressive from the beginning. Did not show any sign of professionalism. Did not give me a chance to speak. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to him.
When our furnace broke down last week, the technician from All-Ways Heating & A/C arrived quickly and replaced a faulty igniter. We were so pleased with his prompt service that we had him do a maintenance service for my parents furnace the next day. Everything was completed on time. This company comes highly recommended by us for any HVAC work.
I used All-Ways last year to service our gas furnace, so when our thermostat went out this morning, I knew who to call. Ken came out the same day, and installed a new one right away, and checked out and tuned up our furnace while he was here. Thanks, it's not fun having heating problems when it is cold outside. They will have my business in the future if the need arises. I work in construction, and I appreciate professionalism, courtesy, and timely, high-quality workmanship.
I had Ken from Allways come out to service my gas furnace last year, decent price, he was prompt, and furnace seemed to run smoother. So I gave him a call this year for an annual furnace tune up. Showed up a little late, but called me to let me know he was running 1/2 hour behind, I appreciated the call as stuff happens. Otherwise job was completed and furnace is ready for another winter. I recommend these guys as a local furnace service.
Ken, the owner seems very knowledgeable, answered my questions patiently. I was glad to get my furnace repairs done the same day, he just had to go get a part he didn't have in his van. Furnace is working again, yay! and his charges seemed fair to me. I recommend All-Ways Heating.

This company has absolutely no professionalism, extremely rude!!!! Answering the phone with "What are you selling" is not the way to start are working relationship. I understand if you are unable to do the job, but saying "I'm not going to do that" and hanging up, is still blowing my mind that someone would talk to a customer like that. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I've used All-Ways Heating & A/C a couple times now - once for furnace repair, and again recently to get the furnace tuned-up. Tech are very knowledgeable and explained what's wrong and what he needed to do. I also took advantage of their winter sale, which saved me a few bucks. I recommend this HVAC repair service

I have been calling around to find someone to help with my gas fireplace that is shutting off randomly. Spoke to Ken, although his firm doesn't service gas fireplaces anymore, he was willing to share a bit of his knowledge about what might be the issue. I appreciate his candidness and willingness to talk through my questions - especially after experiencing three other companies who won't say a word to be helpful. Ken's attitude is the kind of customer experience is what makes a company valuable. I hope I find a reason to call him back on something else he or his team can help me with.
Ken has been our go-to heating repair guy for many years. This last time we called at 5:30pm, he called back at 6:00pm and said he'd be by between 9am and 11am the next morning. Ken shows up at 9am, furnace is repaired by 9:30. Wow. It's hard to find that kind of customer care these days. Got HVAC issues? Call Ken. You'll be glad you did.
Ken arrived during the time slot I chose and got to work. Did the tune-up of my furnace in about 1/2 hour. It did appear he actually inspected the furnace, etc. Would recommend.
