I gave this company a call and I am so happy that I did.. Their serviceman did a wonderful job servicing my two AC units.. He showed me what was wrong with my AC units and gave me a detailed quote before he started the job.. He was professional and very knowledgeable and came exactly on time!! I will gladly use this company for any future AC repairs in my home..
Excellent service! Michael was efficient and thorough. He took his time checking out HVAC system and presented options for repair with photos too. He was flexible while working in our home with myself and my two young children present and also while on the phone with my husband who is working out of town. Thank you, Michael!
Had Michael and his crew out to replace the upstairs AC unit after they did such a good job on the downstairs unit last year. Professional, fast and clean, they did a great job. Highly recommend.

I love my new furnace! I had a really old, inefficient furnace and was feeling the heat in my home. I called them and they came in, diagnosed the problem, and got me fixed up fast. They were so nice and helpful, and their prices are great too! They even helped me get my air ducts cleaned out while they were at it!
The technician was prompt and very professional. He explained everything that he did and made sure that all of the parts were working properly before leaving
I called Glenn Heating and Cooling, they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. It was my motor and they had it fixed by the next day. The technician was very professional and kind and I will re use them for any of my AC needs! I was highly satisfied!
Made an appointment for duct cleaning. They never showed. Called and they said they dont have techs who do that. So why make the appointment!!?? Wasted hours of my time waiting for them . Awful business practice...
Professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Our condenser failed but within 2 hours, they had the unit back up and running. What I was most impressed with was their communication. After initially contacting them, I did not have to call them once for an update. Great service and company.

I strongly recommend Glenn Heating and Cooling!! They put in a new furnace, water heater and air conditioner in my home 2 years ago and have maintained them ever since with my twice a year check up plan. Mark was my specialist today and could not have been more pleasing and competent!!
The persons who have come to work on the unit and related parts have been professional and knowledgeable about their work. Today, Mark came and checked the units. He explained what he was doing and gave me advice on how to keep the system working properly. Highly recommended.
Simon and his crew did an amazing job installing a brand new AC and heating unit for a little over half the price of what the other companies were asking for. We are so happy with the end result and couldn't have asked for better customer service! We know who to go to in the future and highly recommend their services.
