brand new HVAC install last summer, A/C unit didn't even make it through winter before breaking.
Both visits by the TemperaturePro staff for preventative maintenance went very well. They were on time, very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
Dustin and his team of dedicated men installed a new boiler. It was an epic job since it was a tight fit but it was done thoroughly and with excellent communication keeping me informed on the progress. At the end I received an orientation to the new equipment so I at least have a general understanding of how it works. From first contact through the completion the Temperature Pro Nova people were wonderful. Thank you Thom Hummel
TempProNoVa was GREAT. They quickly worked me into their schedule, sent an excellent technician (Dustin Taulton) who quickly identified the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes - he knows his stuff.!!. Prior to the arrival of Dustin TempPro NoVa sent me the name of the technician, his background, experience, and his picture. I AM VERY IMPRESSED and am glad I chose this veteran owned business to perform my yearly maintenance. I 100%+ recommend this firm.
The Temperature Pro team of Northern Virginia is fantastic. A family owned business, they really care about making their clients happy. I also put up with my dogs climbing all over them while they were trying to work. They squeeze me in on standby when my AC broke on a very hot today very thankful for them!

Dustin is exceptionally talented! He accurately pinpointed the problems within 15 minutes being on site and fixed them. I'm impressed with how quick and efficient Dustin is. I would recommend TemperaturePro to everyone. You will get your peace of mind. I guarantee it. The story doesn't end here. I've been having problems with the drain system. It handles water from the AC and humidifier fine except when there are big storms, the water went right up the drain flooding the room. The plumbing company used a snake and couldn't find debris that can explain the clogging. I paid $475 for 2 hours of work with a warning that if this happens again, we will have to excavate the cement floor. Six months later which is now, the drain systerm flooded the mechanical room. The problem is back! I consulted Dustin thinking that he would send me to a plumber. I told Dustin I need a solution and someone who can think outside of the box. To my surprise, he offered a solution and did the installation: convert to a condensate pump system piping water into the interior . Someone who is extremely good at their jobs can always give you some good ideas for tough problems. I don't have to worry about excavating the cement floor and still can't figurs out the root cause and have to pay someone else to replace the cement floor. Thank you Dustin and TemperaturePro!!!
TemperaturePRO did an awesome job converting my broken AC, Gas furnace, and Gas water-heater to an all electric system with panel update, Bosch heat pump and an electrical tankless water-heater. Now with my electric car and the new system we are off gas and oil and ready for a sustainable future. Thank you amazing TemperaturePRO team.
I hired TemperaturePro to replace the external coil. Brian was of great help who secured the warranty part for me and has it delivered in a week. The installation work was done in time before the warm weather started. I highly recommend their service and definitely will switch to them for annual check-up as well.

This company and people are superior for their fair pricing and courteous manners. My husband & I were out of town during November and my elderly mother was home when our HVAC finally decided to quit - it was very stressful and concerning. They wasted no time to go and access the condition and in the end we decided to replace both the furnace and AC. I had shopped around just to see who else could compare to the price as well as the timing (due to supply chain issues) and they still beat them all. By the time we got home we had a new unit and a warm home. They recently came to do a follow up spring check and it was quick and on schedule. Oh we also had them clean all the vents prior to the new system - great job and fair/reasonably priced! We are also pending a schedule for the gas fire place to be inspected by them! Easy to work with and values your business!
I wish service calls with other companies went as great as the one I had with Brice and TemperaturePro! I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Very professional and courteous service. I was most impressed with Dustin’s troubleshooting skills and willingness to show me exactly what the problem was. Seeing low volt readings convinced me that parts were in fact expired. He also left behind the expired parts which I wish auto shop repair places would do. I truly appreciated the very responsive and caring effort to get my AC/furnace back online quickly.
I asked TemperaturePro to repair a broken fan coil unit in my recently purchased condo. It is a unique system connected to my building’s boiler and chiller and it was difficult to find the right HVAC technicians with the expertise needed to properly diagnose and fix the unit. My friend mentioned TemperaturePro had experience with condos and apartment systems, with so I decided to give them a try. After a quick call to the office, I was given an appointment with Dustin. Dustin listened to my description of the problem and then set to work. He tested the entire system and found a bad actuator and thermostat. The parts were not stocked locally, so he ordered the parts and installed them just a few days later. He even did a preventative maintenance inspection on my second unit to be sure it was functioning properly. I am very happy with the service I received and I decided to have TemperaturePro to maintain my systems going forward. I highly recommend them!
Hired TemperaturePro to get me a second quote on repairing a blown AC compressor. The technician, Brice, was friendly, professional, and on time. He walked me through the problem, the solution, and the quote and was very thorough. I will be going with TemperaturePro to do the repair since they were the most economical option. I recommend.
Our furnace started acting up and the temperature dropped quickly in the house. I appreciated the initial telephone consultation with Brian Anderson. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and so is his Technician Brice Beavers who replaced the broken vent motor and board the next day. I did not want to waste time by comparing estimates but the research on google made me feel comfortable with the given quote.

This company is very professional and efficient. Technician Gordon Keene was very honest, straightforward and extremely helpful. Only reason I didn’t go with them is because the system in our newly purchased home is still new just not big enough to cover the sunroom addition that the seller made. Eve tho our current system is weak it’s only a small part of the house that is heated and the cost is too much just to buy a whole new bigger system to replace a brand new system we will use portable heaters to keep house balanced.
