Richards has been great! They installed my unit 9 years ago and recently replaced a capacitor to get it running again. The part was luckily under warranty so they were able to do the service for the cost of labor only. The technician arrived on time and was very efficient. The customer support person was very friendly and professional.

We've been using Richards for over 15 years now. We originally switched when our previous company wanted to charge and arm and a led to replace our AC. Richards bid less and won our trust and got the job - and our business. They have always been honest with us, have saved us money, their techs have educated us and given us pointers. Unless something major changes, we'll be with them for the long haul.

Faulty condenser diagnosis required replacement of exterior condenser system. Broken thermostat required replacement with new model. I was given a choice of alternative proposals. Maintenance of second HVAC system was satisfactory.

Richards came and replaced our hvac for half of the price one of the “big box” companies. They were friendly and thorough from the person who took my phone call to the guys who installed the unit. The guy who came and gave the estimate was awesome, he was honest and explained everything. They were all great! Highly recommend!

Richards performed an incredible job of replacing the Air Handler. The Air Handler was in the attic, in an extremely tight space. New Air Handlers are larger than our old unit and it took a lot of ingenuity to maneuver the new system in place. A shout out to Rodolfo for not giving up and figuring it out! Thanks for your excellent work.

When it comes to value, Richard's Heating and Cooling's prices for replacing my HVAC AND Water Heater blew every other company's prices out of the water- They quoted me almost half the price for the same value! You can tell they have been doing this a long time and don't have high overhead of marketing & advertising like these other companies, mostly a referral business that has been satisfying their customers for over 60 years. I was extremely satisfied with their service, employees, and professionalism. They offer payment plans or paying by credit and are very efficient and straightforward with the whole process. I would use them again and again!
