Great experience with Mohammad this morning - our AC went out overnight, I called him at 7:30 (on a Sunday!), he said he could be there at 10, he showed up right on time, and by 11:30 he had it running again. He was great at explaining what had gone wrong and what he needed to do to fix it, and his fee was fair. We'll definitely keep him in mind for any future HVAC needs!

"Accurate Services Tech" is a great company. Mohamed came to my home and worked diligently to get our AC working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed it. He stayed until 9:30pm to fix our AC and gave us a great price for the repair. I will definitely use them for all of our HVAC repairs.
Mohammed recently helped with my Freon issue. He really helped out a lot.
My building management can probably leave a more thorough review than me, but a new heat pump in my apartment, installed by someone else, was blowing cold air for 5, 10, even 20 minutes on most cycles before giving me heat. Which really defeats the purpose of having a heat pump. The installer and several other techs we tried either claimed it was normal or they had no clue. When we tried Mohamed, it took him a few minutes to show us error lights and explain them using the manual, point to a missing component, and to confirm what we knew all along: that it wasn't normal. I'm sure my building wasn't thrilled about having to replace the unit, but Mohamed and his colleague did it quickly, the workmanship looks really professional, he answered all our questions really clearly, and the new machine works exactly like I'd expect it to work. I can't speak to the costs, but it sounds like our building will be throwing more work his way, so I think that's a good sign.

Very professional and go to detail person. I had thermostat issue and he made the job looks so easy. I had several technicians visited but none of them could provide the professional service that accurate services tech provided. Keep the good work!

I have a ton of experience in general contracting so when you see a company with all 5 star reviews, you definitely want to get your hopes up but unfortunately this was not a 5 star service. The technician coordinated with me to originally arrive at my condo at 4pm to review the work prior to our scheduled appt on the following monday and then had to push til 730pm. I had everything ready to review in my unit and the technician was there for less than 20 min. I then received a bill for $132. I was not made aware of any costs related to the initial visit, although with me working in this field I understand nothing is free, but $132 for ~20 mins is beyond acceptable. There was no breakout on the invoice or anything to show what I was getting billed for. I recommend not using this company as this is operated like a "mom and pop shop" and not a real, reliable subcontractor. To be fair, the technician was nice and he seemed knowledgeable. He was unable to provide any real information on costs associated with the work he was recommending.
Called at 7pm to fix my gas furnace. Got to my place in less than 2 hrs and worked for a few hours to troubleshoot/fix the furnace late into the night. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Grateful they were able to come out on short notice and now we have heat!
Wonderful service! I had a malfunctioning HVAC and called two companies. The first, one of the largest in the area, sent two technicians out who struggled to identify the problem and then concluded that I needed a new inducer, which would cost me upwards of two grand. I then called Accurate Services Tech. They came out, figured out the problem was something entirely different, and fixed it for a fifth of what the other company wanted to charge me to replace the inducer. I wouldn’t call anyone else other than Accurate Services Tech for any future HVAC issues.

The owner is very patient, professional and helpful. We needed to fix our fan. He provided us with different options. We had some wire issues later. He came back for a second visit for free. He replied to our messages on time, even late in the evening. This is all I’m looking for in a professional HVAC service company. Trustworthy, professional and reliable. Will recommend his to anyone I know.
AST was instrumental in their response time. We had a tech out in less than 2 hours who diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes. They were very helpful. The price was fair for an emergency call. They wore shoe covers upon entering our home which we appreciated. Great communication, efficient, honest, and prepared.
