Simply cannot recommend these guys enough. They do great, affordable work, and more importantly they are as honest and trustworthy as they come. Last year, our AC started having problems. Chandler’s came over and diagnosed the problem and prescribed the necessary repairs. A few days later, the manager gave me a call and explained that one of the two repairs would cost almost as much as a completely new AC. Given the age of our system, he recommended we just do the cheaper of the two fixes, which would buy us a year or two, at which point we could have enough saved to just fully replace the whole AC. Lo and behold, a year later that time came! We wanted to use Chandler’s because our experience last year very much earned our trust. Still, we knew a whole new AC was going to be expensive, so we decided we ought to get a few quotes. We figured as long as Chandler’s was within $500 of anyone else, we’d go with them. Three quotes later — all from highly recommended HVAC technicians — and Chandler’s was actually the cheapest option by about $1,000! (And $3,000 cheaper than one of our quotes!!) This doesn’t even mention that Chandler’s was the fastest at getting out to see the problem AND had the fastest turnaround on producing the quote. Today, they made the repair. Our technicians, Zach and Nate, were professional and friendly, bantering with each other throughout the day. In the end, the price came out to exactly the quote, and away they went. Again, simply cannot endorse Chandler’s enough. Great, fast work, and through their competitive pricing and honest business practices, they probably saved us $5,000 or more.
Alex was fantastic! A/C went out and needed fuses and a capacitor. Was diagnosed, fixed and cleaned up in less than an hour. A++
I called Chandler's after my normal plumber quoted almost $7k (which I knew was way overpriced) to replace my leaking water heater. Chandler's did an amazing job and I am so happy I called them. The process was incredibly easy, and they emailed me an estimate within minutes of me calling, rather than forcing me to pay them to come out and tell me it was dead (which I already knew). Other plumbers that I called insisted that they had to send a plumber to me to look at it before giving me a price. Chandler's price was less than half my normal plumber. Kathy in their office was super responsive, and they were able to schedule my installation the same day that the water heater was delivered - mine had to be special ordered since it was a unique type. On the day of the install, Nathaniel arrived and was super professional and friendly, and did a very efficient job. He and his helper didn't waste any time getting to work, and they worked diligently the entire time. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and didn't leave any trash or mess behind. Yesterday we experienced an outage in our upper HVAC system. Chandler arranged for an HVAC specialist to swing by after completing another stop. We learned that a loose electrical connection resulted in a burned-out power connection. We also learned we didn't have fuses in our Heat Pump installation. Chandler was completely done within the hour. They installed a new disconnect box with fuses. Great job!
I had my AC/Heater installed by Chandler's Plumbing & Heating. Although there were recurring issues with the thermostat, Brian, part of their management, has does his best to solve them quickly. I do not believe this was part of the installment issue but rather the thermostat itself since it was fixed after they replaced it with a new one. I would recommend them to anyone who wants good support after the job is finished.
I can't say enough good things about Carlos from Chandlers Falls Church. My HVAC system in my attic was leaking water to the point where it was dripping into my ceiling and into the walls. I was ready to be told I needed a new HVAC system or pay for a very expensive repair. Carlos literally diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds. The pipe in which water that drains out the way its supposed to had one joint, Carlos saw, was not glued shut - and that's where water was leaking. Carlos glued it and stopped the leaking, and he was more attentive to sticking to one 30 min interval of time to save me money more so than I was. He could have easily worked more slowly and bill me for double the time. He could have easily said my HVAC is too old and needed to be replaced and I wouldn't know better. Instead, Carlos saved me thousands and did so with a smile. Chandlers has always been the most highly recommended on the Next Door app for my neighborhood of 2,000 houses, and other neighbors nearby, and today I see why. Ask for Carlos at Chandlers for your plumbing and heating needs!

Chandlers is my go to! Having been a local Realtor for 35+ years now...my clients come to depend on me for vetted contacts for all things home related. When I refer Chandler's as I did this am to a colleague I can feel confident the consumer will get a good value. Not some big upsell or scare tactics as many companies with commissioned providers seem to do. Keep doing what you're doing!!
If you ever need a plumber this is the company to hire. I had several items that needed work (water main valve replacement, copper pipe replacements, relocation of laundry sink shut off valves, install stovepipe for washer) and Chandler's came out to give me a no cost estimate unlike other companies that just quoted me an hourly rate. The team that came out to do the work (Chad and Alex) were professional, clean, and took the time to explain the work they did when they finished. They ended up billing me what was estimated even though they ran into a couple of issues. Highly recommend if you need plumbing services.

Came out on a Sunday within an hour of calling to fix a leak in a pipe that was going to fail. Cost was high for the emergency call but the plumber was fast and tried to keep cost to a minimum. Will continue to use for future repairs.
I needed to replace my 50gl natural gas water heater from 2005. I’ve got 4 different quotes (including one from Home Depot) and Chandler’s came out cheaper, for what I think is a superior water heater. They provided an estimate over e-mail, did a quick drop in to confirm the quote, and finished the job quickly. Everyone that I engaged with at Chandler’s was responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. I’ll most likely be sticking with them for my other plumbing needs from now on!

The Chandler team came out on a holiday and identified the issues with a leak at a property I rent. The tenants were happy and therefore I was happy. The issue turned out to related to a new roof not plumbing but Chandler’s service gave everyone peace of mind until repairs could be made. My HVAC blower motor died and so many HVAC companoes just want to sell you new systems and they scare you about CO poisoning to get you to bite. A broken blower motor doesn't produce CO. Chandler's arrived first on the scene of several HVAC repair companies, diagnosed the broken part, quoted it fairly, and got it fixed. Would def use again!
Water pressure was weak in one of my sinks. Dustin and Jake came, on time, and smoothly corrected the issue. This company is just aces all around. Old school style with modern perks. Say hi to Cathy if you call. She is terrific too.
