We have used Nelson in the past. We need to set up follow up appointment to check downstairs furnace and repair findings from what he identified when he was here last week.
Once the technician came to our house, everything was solved quickly.
Nelson's has been my go-to HVAC provider for quite a few years. They are better then the experiences I've had with others. By that, I mean that their people are better trained and more knowledgeable than other companies, and they are more committed to fulfilling my needs than in making a few bucks. Happily, they are competitively priced, so it doesn't cost me any more to use them. FYI - I am not associated with the company or anyone working there.
I had some questions about the installation of our new unit. Mr Nelson himself came by. Great service! Great price!

Absolutely recommend using Nelson's HVAC! Neil was friendly and very knowledgeable. He came out on the 4th of July and saved us when our AC stopped working and the house was 86 degrees inside. Thank you! 🙂
Nelson’s did an emergency repair for me on the Fourth of July. They were out in under two hours from making the call, done in an hour once starting work, and were cheaper than all the other companies that couldn’t respond the same day. Great service.
Called Friday and was able to get on the schedule for Friday. Jesus was very knowledgeable and able to determine where the issue with zone controller dampers lay. Exactly what I was looking for.
Earlier this week, our A/C stopped working correctly and presented with the symptoms of a leak. Neil called back within minutes of submitting an online request. Like any real responsible homeowner, I received two other estimates. They could not touch the price I was given by Neil. I signed that night, and a technician was at the house the next morning at 7 am. Roger and Mario were awesome to have working at the house. They did an unbelievable job. Before they left Roger gave me a very detailed explanation on the functions of the system, how to clean the drain line, etc. I would highly recommend Nelson HVAC to anyone looking to have AC&R work done.
I have been doing business with Nelson’s HVAC for the last several years from routine maintenance, to replacing the water heater and now recently my interior and exterior HVAC unit. I’ve worked with Nelson and Neil directly many times and recommended them to friends, family and neighbors. Most recently in replacing my HVAC units, I worked directly with Neil who is extremely professional and responsive, takes the time to explain everything and coordinates the work to happen seamlessly. I would highly recommend Nelson’s HVAC if you want excellent customer service and workmanship at a fair price.
Unbelievable, customer service.. My AC went on the blink at 5 PM. Most companies would tell you see you the next day or the next few days, but Nielsen came right out between six and eight, and returned with the Freon. The owner worked in my backyard till 10 PM getting me up and running incredible I cannot think Nelson enough I have never been so pleased with a company. They are the best.🙌❤️

Nelson’s HVAC was able to schedule me for routine maintenance quickly. They arrived shortly before the appointment window and kept me informed throughout the maintenance visit. They discovered corrosion in my 15 year old unit and walked me through my options. When I decided on replacing the unit, they scheduled me for next day installation. Again, they arrived shortly before the appointment window and completed the installation. My only gripe was that the installation took longer than expected because there was moisture in the line and they needed to clear it. I can’t really fault them for that, and at least they were thorough. My technicians always wore shoe covers while indoors, addressed all my questions professionally, and cleaned up the job site. Definitely recommend!
The Nelson HVAC team is incredible. They are experts at diagnosing and repairing issues. They are fairly priced. They I stall new units, and can take care of just about anything. I have no hesitation in referring them to anyone.
When we needed a new air conditioner and gas furnace we shopped around and got quotes from four companies. Nelson's HVAC not only gave us great prices but they offered top quality system components. They also educated us as to our options. We ended up with a heat pump and new gas furnace and we are very happy. There was a hiccup in the installation due to the original wiring in the house. Nelson's HVAC team was relentless in tracking down the issue and resolving it even though they didn't cause it. They continued to support us until we were fully satisfied and the system was fully functioning.We highly recommend them. Professional, knowledgeable, quality, thorough, and customer focused... 5 stars all around! I've already referred them to a friend. Thank you Nelsons!!

I called Nelson's HVAC at 10 AM on Thursday, 5/11. I had an appointment scheduled for the same day with a 1-3 PM window. Nelson arrived around 2 PM, very professional, courteous and personable. He had diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes, had the parts on the truck that were needed to be replaced and had our AC up and running within an hour. He explained all the procedures, diagnosis very clearly and easy to understand. Nelson was very thorough and honest throughout the entire process. He also explained how I could clean the outside vents on my own, instead of upselling services to come back and charge us for cleaning. He was also was respectful of me not wanting to use chemicals for cleaning the ducts that were close to my vegetable and flower beds. Would highly recommend and use again in the future.
Excellent work and very quick turnaround. I called Tuesday and unit was installed and operational by Thursday. We have used this company for many years and highly recommend them.
