Mark was great. Explained everything, very professional
The person who answered the phone was horribly rude to my gf. We needed to cancel an appointment due to a death in the family. When she called to let him know.. he was very abrasive and disgustingly rude, asking why we couldn't have let him know sooner. Sorry bud, didnt realize my grandfather was going to die. Total jackass.
I had an old ac unit replaced by Air 1 - they were fast, professional fair priced. They will be our # 1 resource for HVAC support. Our Technicians were Jay Keramat and Jimmy Sanchez, shout out to them for great customer support and fast service.
My ac went out, ohh man sooo hot! They came in a jiffy, fixed the problem and was very nice
Marc was great! He came out on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me how the unit works. I would definitely recommend people to call these guys with any HVAC needs.
Marc was very knowledgeable and very helpful when we had 2 problems with our HVAC. Air1 came out quickly to fix our problems! Very nice service!
