Helpful, knowledgeable, and great customer service
We have used this company for almost the last 10 years (two different houses). Richard is reliable, honest, and always professional. I wouldn’t trust anyone else out there!
Sadly they came out, put an (expensive) bandaid on our unit via coolant, then completely ghosted us on getting quotes to replace parts and the entire unit. Multiple texts and calls went ignored or with no response. We paid his service fee and the 9+ pounds of coolant and planned to use him for the complete fix but were forced to go another route after 4 months of no communication.
We have used Richard for nearly 10 years now and he’s always been professional and taken tremendous care of us. If any issues arise that aren’t emergencies we have to wait our turn in the throes of summer, but that’s fine by us.
What a wonderful guy. We called after hours on a Thursday evening because our ac had stopped cooling and having 4 kids and 2 dogs we certainly didn't want to go the weekend without ac or take the entire family to a hotel. Richard could have just scheduled us a come over and charged us for all kinds of things. However instead he so kindly gave my husband a few pointers of things to try because he could tell exactly what it was by talking to us on the phone. Our air was blowing cold again within a couple hours! I highly recommend this company. If they treat all customers with the honesty and compassion as we received they are the best in my eyes!
Honest, educational, knowledgeable
We have used Cool Air A/C twice now and each time was timely, professional and upfront with their prices prior to work. This morning our a/c went out around 4am and I phoned at 7am. Within 4 hours Coldair has come out, accessed, replaced and got our a/c turned back on. Recommend them to any one in need!

Very professional
Used this outfit in the past. They did average work, but in the process damaged (cracked) my wooden fold down ladder going up into the attic. While they continued to use the damaged ladder, they just pretended like it had never happened. When I recently requested an estimate to replace my aging upstairs A/C unit, I was assured by Richard that he would get back to me with an estimate. Crickets. I never heard back from him. After four days passed (with temperatures in triple digits), I called him back. I was curious to know why a previous client, who had in the past given him big bucks for a new down stairs A/C unit, couldn't get adequate nor timely service.. He readily admitted to simply forgetting about my need for the estimate, but in no way did he actually apologize, or even show any remorse. He basically told me that if his poor memory, lack of professionalism , lousy attention to detail and discourtesy bothered me, then maybe I should just take my business elsewhere. Well Richard, I most certainly will. Richard obviously didn't appreciate my business, and he probably won't appreciate yours either. So much for any semblance of a company's loyalty to a past customer. Do yourself a favor and go with Miles over at Enoch Water and Air Conditioning.Would not trust Cold Air or even let them in my home again.
ColdAir has done a wonderful job with our Heating and Air Conditioning needs. They are always punctual and VERY reasonably priced. Plus, their employees are top notched and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Last year my A/c wasn't working as well as I'd like and richard came out and serviced it. Over the last year it has worked better than it ever has. This year it quit cooling completely. I was not looking forward to replacing my complete unit at all. Well one capacitor and a some routine service and the family is happy and so is my wallet. Thank you Richard and team for another great experience.

I had Coldair come by and do check of my A/C System as it had been a couple of years since I had it checked out. They showed up on time and spent several hours cleaning my unit inside and outside. They noticed my drain pan line in my attic was clogged and cleaned it out. Other than my unit was very dirty, it was running okay. They did not try to sell me on any new parts, freon, or service that I did not need. If you just want a maintenance check or your system isn’t cooling properly, they will take good care of you. They will also coach you through some regular maintenance that you can do yourself. Great Folks!
My AC unit was cooling but not circulating air. Richard came out and knew the problem within minutes. My blower motor was out. It was an expensive part but Richard was able to confirm based on the age of the unit that the part should be under warranty from the manufacturer. They did all the paper work to get the part replaced under warranty and all I ended up paying for was installation of the part. Good honest company man. I have since recommended this company to many Realtors in the area that I work with.
