The our AC stopped cooling at about 8:30 PM on Friday the 30th of June . Frantically looking for a service company I found Apostle. Talked to John and within the hour a service truck showed up. These guys are awesome. John is an exemplary business man and they have a customer for life. Thank you Apostle!
Jon is amazing! We have called him twice now for services past working hours! He came and serviced our AC unit in the middle of the summer (1am) and Labor Day while other companies were not able to or would charge an arm and leg. Very informative and helpful! I highly recommend Apostle to everyone!
I called the number after hours expecting to just leave a voicemail for a callback the next day. Mr. John answered and was able to set up an appointment for the following afternoon. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue with my AC. Will definitely use him again!
I've had AC issues twice this summer. I called Apollo and they were at our home within the hour, and they did a temporary fix until they came back later in the evening to fix it completely. We had another issue later in the summer, and John was at our house in less than 20 minutes, and on a Sunday morning. He again fixed our issue. We won't be calling anyone else for AC/Heater stuff, and will recommend Apollo to our neighbors and friends as much as possible
10/10 would recommend! John is very professional, informative, and attentive. Our AC went out on a Thursday night, we called Friday morning @ 8 am and we had a brand new unit installed and house cooled before the end of the day. We won't be going to anyone else with our AC needs from here on out. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
We had our air go our on an excessive heat day and John came over bright and early and super quick to get our AC unit repaired! I will be recommending him and Apostle to everyone I know! Thanks so much!
I called this evening when I came home to my house at 84°. Called and John picked up on the second ring. Said he was slammed but would fit me in. I was able to get it working after rinsing it off and letting it set for 30 minutes. But I'm still blown away by John's responsiveness and willingness to come out. I will absolutely be calling him anytime I have AC issues.
John was extremely awesome, and came to our house literally an hour after calling him first thing in the morning. He explained the issues we were having thoroughly, and was honest about everything - including not at all pushing to do the expensive options. He fixed what was needed and got our AC up and running again John and Apostle HVAC will be our primary HVAC people from now on! Highly recommend!
John at Apostle Air is the best HVAC businessman I have ever worked with. I have used him for over 10 years now and he is professional and honest. He also sells and installs excellent equipment with a great manufacturer warranty. He also has very competitive rates. My wife and I refer him to all of our neighbors and friends and everyone of them that have used him and his services agree he is the best. You cannot go wrong with Apostle Air and John.

Our A/C went out on a 104 degree day and to say we were desperate is an understatement. We have little ones and pets in the home, and the temp in the house was averaging 85. And because it was a weekend, we were limited to which companies were available to come out. I called Apostle Air and spoke with a very friendly representative, John, who was I able to work us in and resolve the issue within 15 minutes. We’re so grateful for his availability and expertise. Just absolutely excellent customer service. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C repair.
The owner was great! He arrived quickly even though it was after 7pm and worked fast and fixed our heater! It was cheap too, just $75 since it was a quick fix. Would use him again for sure!
There is a reason the reviews are all 5 stars. Excellent company that will not take advantage of its customers. I tried to install a new google nest thermostat, key word being “tried”. Long story short I blew my fuse. They came out same day, educated me on what happened and how to avoid it. Fair price, fast response time and very friendly service. Will recommend them and continue to use them in the future.
AC condenser fan and compressor stopped operating, acting like they weren’t getting enough voltage. John came out right away and diagnosed it as the motor capacitor being faulty and swapped it out with a new one, and gave the condenser coils a quick wash down. He was quick, efficient, honest, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and explained everything he was doing.

I called John today around 2pm. My AC was acting up and it was 91 inside my house. John was able to come by and it took 10 minutes and we were back in business. This is a busy time of year for him and he was still able to get is taken care of. John is very nice, prompt and very reasonable on pricing. John and Apostle Ac/Heating will forever be my 1st choice to call.
A+++ Quality service!! I can't say enough good things about Apostle Heating and Air Conditioning! They definitely go above and beyond for their clients! Do yourself a favor and call these guys first!!
Honest, fair and fast
Have used them twice and both times was extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and service. Called one time late at night and he was out almost immediately to diagnose the problem and got it fixed the next morning (needed a new motor). Second time my AC froze up and he came by in between jobs to take a look and get me taken care of! Amazing person! Feeling blessed to have such an honest and reliable person in The Colony to turn to in times of need. Thank you for all you do!
