Colony Air is all about their customers! Charlie V took care of my issue in this horrible heat.
Len came out within an hour of calling, diagnosed and fixed our issue and had the AC back up in running in no time! Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the work and communication that Colony did while having my AC coils replaced. They took a video of the leak detection to show their findings for each. I felt they were trustworthy and priced reasonably. I would recommend them.

Very impressed! Called them on a Saturday evening and after a brief discussion explaining what was wrong and what I did to troubleshoot, he said he could be at my place in about half an hour. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous, and it is a shame that these qualities are something to have to brag about rather than being the norm. I am very happy I contacted Colony AC!!
Danny was very professional yet friendly. He explained every step in the work and was very thorough while investigating the issues with the A/C unit. He was very clear about pricing; which was quite reasonable. He is another highly qualified individual with Colony A/C.
I’ve had serval people work on my house over the years and I rank Colony AC and the two techs Josh and Matt as top tier professionals- great job changing out my compressor in a timely manner and cleaning up afterwards.
Had evaporator coil replaced. They helped with checking warranty on existing faulty coil and ensured that replacement coil came within warranty. Replacement was done professionally. Satisfied with the whole process

Colony AC is simply great. We are have always been so pleased with Colony AC as we have used them for years. They are honest, fast, nice, and upfront with pricing and what is going on. We had Matt today and he showed up fast and got our situation taken care of. He couldn’t have been nicer. Just a nice guy all around. I don’t know if they are the cheapest but I don’t care if I get such great service. I will only use them for any issue or service need. Highly recommend.
Had a really great experience with Colony Air Conditioning and Heating, while replacing our 22 year old system. On the sales side, Rene V did a great job walking me through all of the options, while giving his recommendations in a non pushy way. We were lucky and they had an opening a few days after signing our contract. On the day of install, we were notified in advance of the teams arrival time. Manny G and his crew showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They answered every question I had, left my house cleaner than they found it, and walked me through the whole system prior to leaving. The whole experience, from sales through installation, was great! Happy we went with this company and I can't recommend them more!

I have to compliment Emilio on his thoroughness. He came in and assessed the situation with the water leak, then went outside to check the outdoor unit, checking the filter on his way down the hallway. He determined it was slightly low on refrigerant, then came back inside to check the ahu one more time. He said he wanted to get the outside unit right first and then take care of the indoor unit. Once that was done, he cleared my drain line and I could hear from the living room the obstruction clear. We discussed my options for my future plans to replace my system and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me in a way that I understood. I know I've been here for 17 years, but I'm still no a/c expert by any means. I just appreciated his extreme thoroughness, and explaining everything in layman's terms.
