Outstanding customer service. Parts for our AC system have been on back order due to COVID. Harvey and his crew have been there for us with weekly visits to ensure our system is cooling down the house while we wait. I cannot thank these people enough. I highly recommend Pioneer Heating & Air Services and their phenomenal staff.
This is the 2nd time I've used Pioneer Heating & Air Services for AC repair. Jeff came today, and he was great. In both cases, the technicians were polite and informative and took care of my issue quickly. I also appreciate that the technicians, in both cases, had a neat and clean appearance. All Covid19 safety protocols were followed.
Had an AC problem and they came after I called them.I was very impressed with the knowledge of the technician who showed up. He was able to fix it on that same day. Would definitely recommend Pioneer Heating & Air Services!!
Best decision I ever made was going with Pioneer Heating & Air Services for all our HVAC needs. They were out to do my spring service and inspection. They were polite, quick, clean, and professional. They made suggestions for service and repairs. Would definitely hire them again.

My AC system wasn't working. I called several service providers but they said that they could come the next day. I called Pioneer Heating & Air Services and they were able to come immediately and had my unit fixed. The technician who came was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Every step of this job, from the initial visit by Josh, through to the rather challenging installation by Jeff and Ken greatly exceeded expectations. The installers worked expertly, proficiently, and cautiously on an overhaul and upgrade of our home heating system. Improvements in our home comfort were obviously seen and identified by everyone. I recommend Pioneer Heating & Air Services to all for their awesome service.
I found Pioneer Heating & Air Services through Google and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. I had a leak with my furnace and I had no idea what was causing it. I'm extremely happy with the service I received with Pioneer Heating & Air Services. Josh was great to work with and the tech Jeff is the best!! I had a problem with my air conditioner and the company did what they needed to do to keep the AC up and running again. Thank you guys for taking care of me!
Our air conditioner died on a hot Sunday afternoon and called Pioneer Heating & Air Services. Not only did they come out the same day but they also gave me 30 minutes notice so I didn't have to wait in for long in unbearable house. Fantastic service and the tech, Jeff, was awesome.I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Working with Jeff and Josh from Pioneer Heating & Air Services was an absolute pleasure from the start. They were kind, very knowledgeable, hardworking and reliable, I would not hesitate to recommend them! They surpassed my expectations in all aspects. This is possibly the best customer experience I've ever had. I Have worked with many home improvements and renovation companies and they can’t compare to this company. I will never hire anyone else for my heating, cooling needs.
Technician Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and efficient. He figured out the problem at once fixed and got it working again perfectly, I thought the AC unit might need to be replaced and I was thinking it might not work again, it was a great feeling seeing the AC working again, well fixed and also, he repaired water heater that had not been working for many months. All this was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
