Charly was an excellent and personable technician. I got a quick response with my request, same day service. The tech found the problem and quickly made the repair and tested the system. I am very pleased with the service I received.
Lenox Heating And Cooling was punctual, professional, and thorough. The crew arrived on time, was very courteous about navigating the house, and were clear on what was going to happen. I haven't had any allergy issues and the place has smelled clean so that they did a good job.
Service technician responded to my A/C service call and did an outstanding job in taking care of the problem which we appreciated since the outside temperature was very hot. He subsequently installed a new A/C system because my system was very old and I didn't trust it going forward. He did an outstanding job in the installation and took care of a follow-up issue ensuring my complete customer satisfaction.

My AC unit was not functioning when last heat wave hit, and I had a few companies to come to my house to diagnose and provide me an estimate. At least 4 companies came and told me that the unit is broken and needs to be replaced. But, Remy the tech from Lenox Heating And Cooling came to my house and told me to just replace the capacitor and add a "booster" after inspection; he did not try to rip me off by offering me a brand new unit. I am impressed by his honesty. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
Working with the two installers from Lenox Heating And Cooling was an awesome experience. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They were very punctual and started the work and competed it the exact time they said they would. Our house is warmer with the new furnace, it is quiet and we are happy.
