Honest and gave me options after a poor experience with another company. Made me feel comfortable
Tech was in contact via phone. Showed up on time. Polite and courteous. Asked a few questions and then went to work. Fixed issue and tested. Answered all my questions. Work was under warranty so no charge. He Also found an unrelated problem and provided a work around. I could not be happier with Ali’s ac service and his crew!
Don’t count on these folks. Told me twice he is coming but never had courtesy to return a call or message back. I am not sure how will they even honor warranties call with that level of responsiveness.

Professional and knowledgeable. Ryan did a thorough check and the requisite maintenance in a quick, efficient manner (including some proactive maintenance to save me money down the road). Answered all my questions and offered further information to help me keep the system working effectively.
David quickly identified the A/C issue, showed me the failing component and voltmeter measurements, and replaced it fast. Very happy with the experience.
Scheduled a 2 hour window three times and did not show up. No follow up, no apology, zero regard for customer's time. Companies/individuals who don't take pride in what they do, you can only imagine the quality of work they would actually perform. Spend your time and money with a professional company and stay away from these guys.

I have used Ali's Air Service for a few years now. Ali personally came out to rescue us during a heat wave last year even though he was already overworking himself. He has done the same for several other friends. Thankful to know Ali and his team.
