BJ was great. He explain to me what to look forward to and what was needed. He answered all my questions. I feel comfortable knowing that my A/C unit is cleaned and good to go for the rest of the summer.
We’ve used True Blue for quite a few years now and have always had a great experience. Everyone we work with is kind and helpful. They are very genuine people and want the best for you. James was great to work with this past week in replacing our whole system. We appreciate True Blue!
True Blue was a life saver! My a/c was not blowing cool air and the temperature was expected to be in the 100’s - and it was on the Friday before July 4! I am so thankful they were able to work me into their schedule. James replaced the capacitor. He was very professional, considerate and compassionate. I definitely will continue to use them.

6/21/23. We had a break in our condensate line and water pooling in our attic. True Blue had Brendan out to our house within 2 hours. He quickly found the break and repaired it. Brendan has provided service for us several times and is just GREAT.

BJ has serviced our AC and heating units several times, and like every other time he was very professional, on time and courteous. Always happy with True Blue! I feel like I know each tech at this point and that creates trust. We had a coil leak and James took the time to explain what that means and how he found it. Never felt shady or pressured when he explained the solutions. Very happy with the outcome. My dog is also a huge James fan! 😂

JT arrived on time and was very courteous. He performed my spring maintenance on my central heat and air system as well as a mini split in my she shed. I rest easy knowing that everything has been checked out and is working properly. Great company/great people!
They had someone out quick on a Saturday morning for a repair. A few days later when it was found weed been incorrectly overbilled by accident, they called back to refund us the difference.
Brendan is by FAR the best tech I've had from you guys. EXTREMELY thorough, respectful, and courteous. PLEASE assign him to our home for all service!!! The heck with 5 stars, 10 STARS!!!!
Brendan came and done and amazing job. He was very detailed and explained everything to myself and my wife. Definitely would recommend this company for any HVAC work.
Since having this company install my new unit in 2019, every single tech has been friendly, professional, and taken care of the scheduled maintenance with no issues. Office staff is also professional and helpful. Yesterday, 5/5/23, my inside unit froze up. I called and because there was pending weather, scheduled a visit today. JT came out and after looking at the system, quickly realized that the wiring to the blow motor had caught fire (unknown timeframe, unfortunately) which caused the issue. He went back to the shop, got the needed items, worked up the estimate and within two hours, my house was cooling once more. He also showed me something I was completely unaware of - I change my filter monthly due to pets, my roommate having COPD, and me being a smoker, but I NEVER realized that the bottom part came off and should be cleaned/vacuumed as well! The fire occurred because there was a build-up of fur which will not happen again because it's now a monthly reminder on my phone to change filter/vacuum the bottom. I am eternally grateful that the system is designed to basically stop the fire because it could have potentially had tragic results!
