Stan was truly helpful in explaining everything about my system in how it was working and not working. He took the time to make everything was checked and operational. At the end it was missing refrigerant to help cool house. Now it’s cooling down much faster and more comfortable. Thank you!

Very impressed with Cool Casa. The technician (Stan) arrived on time was extremely knowledgeable and went found the problem quickly and resolved it. Then Stan took time to share some knowledge on some other items to improve our system efficiency but didn't try and push a sale. I will definitely use them again.
I've used Cool Casa for several maintenance items, but this time I needed to have repair/replacement work done to my HVAC system. I can't even express how awesome they were. Arrived exactly on time, extremely professional and very thorough - even identified a leak. Cool Casa will be my company hence-forth. I was dreading the work, but it was so painless.

This business is always very professional and does a great job. They are the best. We've have bad experiences in the past, but Cool Casa HVAC has never failed us and with their service standard, I don't think I will ever have a problem with them!
Cesar was excellent! Communicative from the time on the way and throughout the full service. Told me what I needed to do now and what I am looking at in the future. Did not pressure and answered all questions. So friendly and professional! Definitely will continue ue to use in the future.

Stan was PROMPT; Considerate, Courteous; Knowledgeagble; and TRUSTWORTHY. He was very meticulous and took care of our unit as if were his own. I have NEVER had a technician be so thorough. I was greatly impressed. We have found our FOREVER Air Conditioning Company for future services.

Wow. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had so far with a service company as a first-time homeowner. Blown away by the professionalism and knowledge these guys have. Stan Warren came out to check our upstairs AC that stopped working. This guy... He not only took care of the problem, but he made sure to keep me updated through the whole process. He treated our home with care like it was his own and never acted like he was being put out, even when unexpected issues arose. Dude is a legend. I will definitely be using them again when we have other HVAC work in the future. Keep it up, guys…You’re doing exceptional work.

Update for Spring 2023: Another great service by Cool Casa. For the checkup I had in the fall and today again I had Cesar. He is a delight to have for service: very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. The team is the reason I keep coming back and highly recommend the service plan. No high pressure repairs sales, and great people. Original review: Stan came out to do my AC tune-up and not only had very in-depth knowledge and a great attitude, but also spent some time going over recommended maintenance which will save me on service calls in the future. Surprisingly great experience!
