If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! For starters, Andres was very professional and had amazing communication throughout the whole process. AC's provides very competitive pricing, and the turnaround time was nothing short of outstanding. I can tell this company definitely looks out for the best interest of their customers.

Came out same day and gave an estimate and ordered the part that needed to be replaced right then and there. Also temporarily fixed our a/c until the part arrived. Amazing customer service and does not try to upcharge you. So friendly and definitely makes sure you’re comfortable before leaving. Highly recommend
AC was able to come out the morning after I contacted him. He immediately spotted a problem I had overlooked and was able to resolve it in about an hour.
Very great company to work with. I had countless problems with my system and had multiple companies do improper fixes and cause me a bigger problem requiring a replacement air handler. Ac’s provided me with a detailed explanation of everything I could ask and handled the replacement perfectly. A quick and highly professional quote and repair process, reasonable rates and overall great guys to deal with. Will always use them from now on!

These guys are a real keeper they found the problem provided us a quote and took care of me and my family so we were able to survive this texas heat!!! After having multiple years of problems with our HVAC system cooling, and multiple different companies out to diagnose and repair, we finally got answers and our problems fixed. AC's Heating and Air were professional and prompt in responding to our call for help in this Texas heat. Andres took his time to inspect the entire system and identified multiple issues that could be causing the system not to work properly. He was able to get the system up and running until a permanent fix could be done. He gave a quote with different options for repair and what he recommended but ultimately left the decision up to us. I would 100% recommend AC's Heating and Air and plan to have regular maintenance with them.
Professional and great service! Came over the same day and found the issue. Ordered the parts and had house cooled off that day! I had previously contacted another service and they quoted me $4800!!! ACs took care of me! Thank you!!
I would rate the level of service and expertise from AC's Heating and Air very high. The problem was identified very quickly and I was advised of any additional areas that might need attention without a hard sell. The service personnel was very courteous and careful while working inside. This will be my HVAC service from now on and they would be a good choice for anyone looking for a first-time or different service company.

He was so considerate as he was trying to fit me in earlier than the scheduled appointment time as he knew this Texas heat is hot. I told him not to worry as my second AC unit is still working and able to cool part of the condo........Would highly recommend and will use again if needed!!!!
Andres has always been very responsive. He came out for routine maintenance and spent close to an hour ensuring everything was perfect. We'll continue to use him!
