Dillon and John did an awesome job repairing our A/C system. They showed up when they said they would and made the repairs in less time than their initial estimate. Dillion even ended up charging me almost 20% less than their estimate. I’ll be recommending Damascus A/C to all of my friends and family.

The owner personally came to my house to replace my a/c and heating unit. He was thorough . He replaced the unit as quickly as he could. He upgraded an out dated thermostat giving me the ability to control the temp even when I am not home. Dillon even showed me how to get more air flow into the unit to help heat and cool rooms in my house that weren’t getting good air flow. The price was better than the other companies I had looked at. Damascus Air was able to help me get the unit financed and hauled away the old unit saving me from having to take care of that. I would recommend Damascus Air to anyone who needs a new heating and a/c unit.

Dillon and his entire crew were nothing short of wonderful to do business with. As a female small business owner, I've dealt with at least 5 other AC companies who have tried to take advantage of me or just flat out refused to help me fix my existing system in my office. They only wanted to replace. Dillon was kind and gave me options to work with and helped me walk through which would be the best for my situation. I never felt like they were only about what could make them the most money. They were honest, helpful, and quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. I truly felt they cared about my needs, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I can't say enough great things about their integrity and willingness to help! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, I look forward to many years of doing business with y'all!
They got to me extremely quickly. Great communication, very knowledgeable and very fair pricing. I have a friend who works for another ac company and they charge about twice what these guys do! I definitely recommend them. Good people.
