Tonya was the first to pick up my call and was just as helpful as can be. Blake was dispatched to our home and within 20 minutes of my call was at the house checking out our AC. Blake also assisted with our initial setup for our annual checkup plan. His attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding!!

Competitive service and equipment pricing, friendly professional service that I trust. Technician explains in detail the results of preventative maintenance program (check-up) which is performed bi-annually. Based on my experience, I’d recommend Texas Air Doctors.
This company is so efficient, on time and very reasonably priced. They tell you what needs to be done, take photos to show you what needs to be done and NEVER pressure you into repairs. Love this company!!!

Had first service today and their technician, Jeff, validated our decision to do business with them. He is expert, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I appreciate how they call to remind me of the appointment and advise when they are en route. This is a 5 star company and I am happy to recommend them.

Scheduling is very easy and they always come when expected. We buy the early maintenance service and it is well worth it. Our technician spends a good amount of time checking everything out. We like that he gives us a summary of the things he did and any suggestions for maintenance and repairs. There is never pressure to get the work done right away if we think it can wait. Definitely recommend.

Thanks JOSEPH for your excellent technical service! Second, I want to express my sincere thanks to TAYLOR, at Texas Air Doctors, for her most excellent customer service. We did not have the Dealer Warranty Information for our HVAC units. TAYLOR went beyond the call of duty to research and provide us with our HVACs Dealer Warranty Information, even though we had previously purchased and had our HVACs installed by a totally different company. Texas Air Doctors has been servicing our fireplace insert for a few years and they always do an excellent job! Blake did a great job and he also took care of a last-minute furnace checkup. I highly recommend Texas Air Doctors!
