This has been the absolute best experience that I have had, with regard to re-establishing AC functionality.
We recently had an HVAC emergency on a Sunday afternoon and reached out to Empowered Air-conditioning & Heating for assistance. I was impressed with the responsiveness of Robert, the owner of Empowered Air-conditioning & Heating. Despite it being a Sunday, we were able to reach him quickly. He was professional, courteous, and understood the urgency of our situation. He assured us that he would send a technician to our location as soon as possible. The technician arrived within the estimated timeframe, which was a relief considering the discomfort caused by the HVAC malfunction. He was well-prepared and equipped with the necessary tools and parts to diagnose and fix the issue. His expertise and knowledge were evident as he efficiently identified the problem and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner. What impressed us the most was his dedication and commitment to resolving the problem. He worked diligently and effectively, ensuring that our HVAC system was up and running again in no time. It was evident that he had the necessary skills and experience to handle emergency situations with ease. Furthermore, the service provided by Empowered Air-conditioning & Heating was not only prompt but also of excellent quality. He took the time to address any additional concerns we had and provided valuable advice on HVAC maintenance to prevent future emergencies. His professionalism and expertise instilled confidence in the work he performed. As for the pricing, while emergency services tend to come at a premium, we found Empowered Air-conditioning & Heating's rates to be fair and reasonable considering the circumstances. The transparency in their pricing structure and the absence of any hidden fees or surprises were much appreciated. Robert and DeShawn are the best. Very timely and professional and Johnny on the spot with any of your H-Vac needs but most importantly, they are honest and fair. Robert is very knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail to get your repair or replacement needs done right the first time. He's thorough and will answer any questions you may have. I was getting feed back and quotes from other companies that just wasn’t lining up, so a friend of mine referred me to Robert and I’m so glad he did. Robert came out walked me through everything, was honest, and was willing to work with me. Best part, he got my unit working properly and without charging me an arm an a leg. He’s a good and honest guy who I will recommend to any of my friends who need assistance with their AC or Heating system in their home.
Robert Nordyke and Empowered AC & Heating is by far the most honest person in this industry in the DFW area that I know. I 100% recommend Robert but PLEASE keep in mind that Robert is based in Ft Worth and not Garland (there is a company with a similar name in Garland)! If I can't fix it myself I call Robert! He is extremely honest and transparent and extremely fair pricing. Robert fixed a heater issue I had about a year ago and now he got my AC working again! If I could give Robert 10 Stars I would.
I used this company to replace my HVAC system. Robert was very professional and details oriented. He takes pride of what he does and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to perfection. I highly recommend for all your HVAC needs!!!

Just had Robert install a new Heating/AC system in our home and from the quote, to scheduling, to completion he has been wonderful to work with! His pricing is very reasonable and doesn’t have a lot of unnecessary add-ons in it. It was a no-brained for us to go with him. I will recommend Empowered Air-Conditioning and Heating to everyone. Professional, knowledgeable, and doesn’t cut corners. Very happy!

I had an electrician out to install the battery for solar power. The electrician cut the A/C line. After he advised that his electrician couldn't come out until the next day, the solar company sent Robert. Robert was not only friendly, professional and punctual (he said he would be at the house by 1:50 PM and he got their at 1:52 PM), but he was efficient. The repair took less then 30 minutes. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with an HVAC person. I highly recommend his services, and I will definitely use him again for any and all of my HVAC needs.
