Jeremy from Ahlers is a life saver! Jeremy performed thorough inspection and testing to narrow down the AC issue we've been repeatedly having for a few years. He fixed it as expected. What's more impressive was that he smelled gas in the attic and he took the time to find the leak in one of the heaters' gas line. He fixed that too! I can't say thank you enough to Jeremy, as he literally saved our family from a dangerous situation!
I have been using ahlers heating and air ever since he opened the business and they have always given me the best professional care and service and I would recommend them to all my friends they treat you like family and take the best care of you when you call them

I hired this company to see why my AC was not cooling off my office. I was told that it would be 99.95 for the visit which I agreed to. The guy that came I informed him that I believe that it was the capacitor to the compressor. The guy that came out was super nice and he knowledgeable.
We found ourselves struggling with a old unit. It wasn't cooling right. The Ahlers team came out and looked it over. Got us taken care of with a affordable cost. We were thankful for the generous help. They did not try to over charge us. Just fixed it. Other companies wanted to replace the unit which we couldn't afford. They were on time. Did exactly what they said they were going to do. Very professional on the phone and in person. The technician was knowledgeable and clean cut. The van was upto date. Over all was awesome dealing with Ahlers Thank you Ahlers team for your help. We will be cool this summer😁 Here we are again in 2022 once again Ahlers came through with shining colors Our company Texas Woodlands Contractors will use them for all of our projects
I just met with Jason B. He came to my home (same day appointment) and diagnosed one of my units. Not only that, he took the time to educate me and offer multiple potential solutions to the problem. Because of the costs involved, I'm doing due diligence and gathering other quotes for comparison but I hope Ahlers gets the business as I feel that I can trust Jason and the others I've spoke with so far. Ahlers gave my family options on repair or replacement on our failing Heating and Cooling system. The techs were polite and courteous. Techs came out to assess the issue in the evening, they came back the next day and put in a temporary AC in the living room, and installed a new unit the next day. Every visit was precisely at the agreed upon arrival time and they completed the work exactly as they said they would. We've all had AC guys that came with a ton of surprises; there were no surprises with Ahlers.
I highly recommend Ahlers Heating and Air. They are prompt, courteous and get the job done. Jacob was out technician. He arrived within the time he stated on the phone, got to work and had the problem found and fixed in no time. Thank you for getting us running cool again.
Start to finish was a quick and painless process with Ahlers. First time using this company and will be recommending to others. Jason and Jacob showed up on time, found the problem quickly, quoted a price before doing the work, and gave helpful maintenance tips along the way. They cleaned up behind themselves and were very easy to work with. It's hard to find technicians that care about a home owner's budget and general well being, thank you for great service.
Outstanding after-hours service when our programmable thermostat lost it's mind and turned on the heater in August. Very impressed!
Air conditioner broke overnight. Darren, the HVAC tech was at my house within hours on a Saturday morning and immediately diagnosed the problem. He retrieved the part that needed replacing and was back and completed the repair. The capacitor replacement took just a few minutes - and the price was amazing. Fair, professional, and fast! HIGHLY recommend.
I initially had them come out to help balance out my upstairs air flow. They added some more returns, corrected some plenum issues, and added some baffles. They did miss adding one of the requested baffles, but were very responsive on correcting the issue. Last week I came home to find a blown fuse on one of my units that was being caused by a bad controller board. While the company my Home Warrantee sent out gave me a 10 day time frame for getting the part and installing it, Ahlers was able to get the part and have it installed the next day. They were very helpful and responsive. They took the time to give me all of my available options and weren't just pushing replacement like most of their competition does.
We’ve used Ahlers twice in the past month for our older AC units on our home built in the 70s.Theresa in the office was prompt to get us on the books & our technician was there when she said he would be. Jason B. Has came out both times & has gone above and beyond our expectations. He takes the time to explain what is wrong & how he is going to fix them in terms that normal people understand. Our AC is back to blasting a lovely polar breeze through our older home & we will be using him from here on out for all of our AC needs!

David came out and climbed up in my attic when it was super hot. Told me what what’s needed and why and gave me a price that was great. Asked a couple AC companies and they said they could not do the same scope if work for that price.
Fantastic value, great customer service, fast turnaround. When our AC stopped working in early August, we worried about how long we’d suffer in the Dallas heat. 24 hours later, and we’re up and running! Thanks Jason, David, and the rest if the Ahlers team for taking such good care of us!
Promptly shows up at noon in the middle of June and gets to work. Hard workers that don’t mind crawling into a 140 degree attic to replace 2 air handlers, clean and purge my 30+ year old system, and install 2 new central a/c outside units. The guy I had (Jason) took the time to professionally answer all of my questions without getting irritated, even my 4 young children didn’t annoy him and they got in his way several times. I had purchased my new equipment at Lowes and although it was the same ton/ size, it did not have the same seer value as the old ones. The technician told me he could make it work and put in the effort until the job was done at 9pm. 10/10 would recommend to others.
David Uchereck with Ahler’s Heating and Air is terrific. As a realtor, I have needed his professional opinion on needed repairs for my clients. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, and is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.
After receiving 3 other quotes it was suggested that we get a quote from Ahlers. They had what seemed to be the best value for replacing our old system, duct work and all. I would not recommend this company to work on a dog house let alone a main living space. New system doesn't work very good. A HUGE MESS was left behind ( mostly insulation).10 days later, several "service calls" later, still not working right. Not to mention all of the things we agreed to buy and pay for with the job. Did not tell us certain things promised could not be done. No communication, did what ever they wanted and were still expecting us to pay for the extras that didn't happen. So sorry we chose this business. Should have kept the old system.
