Our AC was not cooling, we called Honest Abe after hours and left a message late afternoon/early evening. Received a called back within the hour and scheduled a technician for the next day. Technician came out within the time window we received and completed the work within the hour. Highly recommend Honest Abe for their consideration and prompt response time.
Michael the technician was very professional! He found the problem right away. He knew what he was doing! And he was honest about everything!

We had to replace our entire hvac system that had reached the end of its life and these people were great! The quality of their initial inspection and estimate was better than any other business we acquired estimates from. In addition to this, they were ready to match other estimates for equivalent equipment and services, which I didn’t reactive from any other business. The guys that came out to remove and replace our attic system and outdoor unit were amazing. It was an all-day job and a lot of heavy lifting (literally, the unit they replaced was a 5-ton - way too big for our 1400 sq ft house!), but they got it done in one day, hauled off all of the old equipment and debris, and left the house exactly how it was when they arrived (with the exception of the house actually being cool when they left lol). All in all amazing company, great customer service, and a perfect install. Thank you all!!

I received a quote for heat pump replacement. The salesman assumed he had clarified what he was planning and charging me for but I was not of the same understanding. I feel like I was overcharged due to poor communication .
Honest Abe has been there for my family multiple times now, and we have been so happy with them each time. They are kind, responsive, timely and affordable. We had an A/C emergency this morning and they were here before Noon. Absolutely wonderful. They will always be our go-to service provider for our A/C.
Finally settling in to our new place, we contacted Honest Abe to check out the system for our 2 story home. The results were almost immediate. Service was quick and issues were communicated clearly. Very friendly and willing to put up with a barking dog and curious kiddos running around the house. Responsive, prompt, and friendly service in the NE Tarrant County area.
I have used Honest Abe for 3 remodels and a new construction. I will only use Honest Abe, because not only are they reasonably priced, and reliable, but very professional and quick. This is the best HVAC company that I've used. After the install they contacted my to check up on how the unit was working and has provided timely maintenance checks. They are always quick to respond to any needs that I have ever had and they far and beyond what I ask them to do.

Today I called Honest Abes and within 30 minutes someone was at my house working on my ac unit. The guys were professional, helpful and very quick and determining what the issue was. Most of all was the great price they give me . I will highly recommend that you use them for any of your services
I cannot recommend them highly enough! They were able to get to me on the same day to diagnose the problem, they provided solutions, and were patient to wait while we went through the home warranty company’s (don’t judge - it came with the home purchase) vendor to get their quote. Honest Abe’s quote was much more in line with our budget for the same equipment as the other company, and they could do the full installation sooner. Orlando was TOP NOTCH, and Marissa in the office was incredibly patient with me. Installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up behind themselves. Looking forward to years of continued service with them.
