I called after 8 pm one evening when our AC went out. Mr Malcolm told me he would be there by 9 am the next morning. He was about 15 minutes early! He identified the issue quickly, went to his truck & got the part. He had it running in about 15 minutes! Very prompt, professional and reasonable. Several family members have used him, and we have all had great service. Thank you!
David is the very best ! I called on a Saturday, he was there in no time at all . He checked the unit inside and out and then explained how it worked and that their was nothing wrong with it at all. I wasn't giving it enough time to cycle and come on. He didn't even charge me a service call. He is a great guy and very honest . I will be a repeat customer.
Great service! He dropped what he was doing once I called and told him I had no AC and I care for my 80 yr old mother and the home warranty said it would be 3 days or more in this triple digit heat! He fixed the problem so fast and we now have air! He's a blessing. I now know who to call on. Thanks Malcolm's Heating & Air!

I called early this morning for service, and had someone come out within an hour and fix me up! VERY pleased with the service and price!
We had a leak from AC unit spreading through kitchen ceiling. He came out within the hour on a Saturday morning and had the issue fixed within the hour. He’ll be coming back to make our float device switch placement meet code and change the size of a drain line for us. Given our unit is only two years old tells me a lot about the previous company. Thankful we found this one. Saved information for any HVAC future issues. Highly recommend!

My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I tried calling several people at 9:30 on a Friday night to see if anyone could help me. Other companies told me I would have to wait until Monday for service. I called Malcolm's, and David saw me that night! Within two hours my a/c was working again. He was extremely professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and fixed my a/c right. I will only use Malcolm's for my heating and a/c needs, and I recommend him to everyone. Awesome company!!!

We have called Malcoms twice and both times, I was impressed with the responsiveness (on site in less than 2 hours), reasonable cost, and expertise. The first time, he replaced my contactor and capacitor and a lot of wiring on my outside unit after the electrical components had combusted(the unit was from 1978). The second time my old compressor finally seized up, so I bit the bullet and decided to replace my whole system (inside and outside units). He had it done the day after I called for a quote! And it only took them 4 hrs to get it done, and several $$$$ less than expected. Before, my old unit would run all day trying to get below 77 deg. Now we are chilling at 74 all day, and it runs a fraction of the time. Give this guy a call! You'll be glad you did.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Malcolm's. I have a ductless air conditioner and I needed help with the installation. I called the big A/C companies first, but none of them wanted to help me since I didn't purchase from them. But one call to Malcolm's, and David was there the same day to help me out. He explained every step, checked the work I had already done, and got my air conditioner running in no time at all. I learned my lesson...Malcolm's will be my first call from now on!
Malcolm is awesome! He saved us from no AC on a 100 degree day. He came out on Saturday and fixed it quick. I would definitely recommend him!
