Efrain and Victor are great to work with! I've used them on my personal home and houses I renovate in my business. When I first started looking for HVAC contractors, I had other companies that said I need to replace my HVAC system, wanted to charge me $8K, and barely looked at the equipment. Duerte's came out and repaired the unit for $200 and the system still works 2 years later. Definitely use these guys if you want an honest quote and want to work with good and honest people!

You know how you're always looking for that hidden gem that's going to do great work, treat you fairly and honestly, and won't overcharge you? That's Duarte's HVAC, the company is family owned and these are GOOD people who go above and beyond for their clients. Their quote for a new unit was $2000 LESS than the other company my home warranty sent out AND they let me know that the other company was overselling me and why the smaller unit would actually be a better option for my apartment. They take the time to properly explain the hows/whys and they are always pleasant and respectful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this family owned business, if you ever need any repairs or a new system be sure to call them first. They will be my port of call for all things HVAC from here on out!
We replaced our entire heating and cooling system for the first floor of my home. The crew was hard working and did quality work. They replaced the unit outside as well as the concrete slab it sits on. They also completely replaced the heating/fan system inside for the first floor moving the return to a better location providing a more efficient system.

Victor and his assistant repaired our AC system after other AC companies wanted to sell us a new system. We were without AC for < 5 days. We wi use Duartes HVAC in the future.
It's too hot for AC problems! Thankfully Victor and Efrain were at my door within 20 minutes of my service call. They were professional, courteous and knowledgable. My problem was quickly resolved, and the price to do it was extremely fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
