Above and beyond - I was blown away (quite literally from an AC perspective too) on how honest and trustworthy Shawn is as well as how well he explains the options, recommendations and what I should do. This was truly a unique experience and I appreciate that in todays world, there are people that you can still trust and have such a great experience. Thank you!!! **edit - June 2023 After additional work - I had Lauro and Beto out to do an amazing job - they explained everything, walked me through, a very complete cleanup, and I will never use any one else after the precedence and high standard they set! They were very honest, efficient and made sure I was aware of all the fixes and enhancements.
I had to replace the complete AC 3.5 Ton system. The team arrived early in the morning and got done in few hours. They were very professional and detail oriented. After the installation minor issue occurred which was fixed the very next day, quality inspector came after the job was completed took pictures and made sure that all was done correctly. After installing our AC/Heating unit a few years ago, we've consistently used them for spring/fall maintenance service. They appear to be thorough and at reasonable prices. They've been nothing but courteous and responsive.
Our two Carrier HVAC systems each with two zones were installed by Air Patrol Air Conditioning and Heating a number of years ago. They have regularly maintained the systems. Both systems have provided reliable heating and air-conditioning.
Let’s just say it’s 100° and I have a house full of company and the AC decided to die! I am immediately called Air Patrol and explained my situation to them… they were kind enough to work me in today at 3:30. Blake arrived before 330 and had the AC back working by 430! I can’t express how kind it was for them to fit me in and make the vacation of dreams for my daughter and grandchildren come true…Blake was knowledgeable and professional and walked me through the repair.
I called this morning with a heater that wasn't working and Shawn came today itself. Very professional and friendly! Promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Service call was a reasonable price. Thank you for the excellent service. Really appreciate the honesty!
Got a new AC unit and furnace from Air Patrol for upstairs two months ago,and a unit and furnace for downstairs last year. And as they say, installation is everything. The owner Shawn came over both times and measured the area and specifically the upstairs was very restricted as far as the air flow goes. He suggested, and threw in for free, 3 intakes and 4 vents. There was hardly any airflow before the install and it's a large upstairs with office, media room, game room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Needless to say the installers did an outstanding job and it gets to 68 degrees in less than 30 minutes no matter what the temp is in the summer. And it's nice and hot this past few days that we've turned on the heater. Both are working excellent. The price was awesome. Every other quote I had was astronomical. Air Patrol was very reasonable and they added all the extras in for free which was great. Long story short, I never leave reviews, but they really deserved it and there you have it. Customer for life.
You won't find better than Shawn and his team at Air Patrol. They are top of the line in every aspect.
UPDATE 2022: AC was out. They (Brandon and his associate) came out next morning and diagnosed that a wire had come loose on the compressor outside. Fixed that, tested freon and topped off, washed the coils and even installed a new air filter. No upsell, just fixed it, with honesty. When I do need a new system (probably next year) these guys will be my choice. My AC was struggling to cool in the afternoons so I called out Air Patrol. They came out the next day, diagnosed that my coil needed to be washed off and needed some refrigerant. After completing the fix, he checked the output from the vents after with a temp gun and sure enough it was cooling properly. Gave me advice on a new unit (mine is 10 years old) if it went out. No pressure, no upsell, just honest work from an expert. THANKS AIR PATROL AND THANKS MA FOR THE RECOMMENDATION>
They came out to give me a bid on a new air-conditioning unit. I need a whole new system. I know they are a solid company and my great plumber bought into this well established company.. He owns Texas Green Plumbing. I just am so poor at this point in my life due to big Cancer fight, Winter storm damage and lastly the worker who took my money and did not finish the job at my once beautiful home. No water or sink. in my kitchen, etc. I will call to get my air conditioning problem sorted out..its hot in here!
Air Patrol Air Conditioning is a great company. I have been using them over and over for the last 5 years. They replaced a capacitor, installed a new pair of AC and furnace, and maintained these units. They are responsive, transparent and offer competitive prices.

So impressed with these guys. Their actual owner, Shawn, comes out to review your house. I had already had 4 other HVAC companies out who basically just quoted what I asked for, but I am not an HVAC expert and don't know what I don't know. Shawn took the time to inspect my entire house, explain what could improve my overall system and ductwork structure, and then was the best price! These are the guys to use...
This has been a fantastic company to work with! On a recent service visit, Blake even stayed extra time while I ran to the store to get wasp spray so that he could adequately clean one of our outside units. (I'd already paid another company to service the unit, but they had not done a very good job). This will be the only air conditioning company I use in the future!
Fast service, fair price, the only ones that could come out the next day, Reliant couldn't come out for three days and others were up to a week. How long do you want to wait when your air is out. Air Patrol is who you want.
The office in my home has always been stuffy, very little air flow even with two ducts. Before Air Patrol, another company came out and suggested I add a fan to the duct for a very high price. I got a second opinion from Shawn at Air Patrol and am very glad I did. It turns out that three of my ducts were undersized and not putting out much air flow. The plan he proposed was to enlarge the size of the ducts to give me more air. In spite of being a record heat day, Beto and Francisco arrived early this morning, with a very refreshing can-do attitude and willingness to do the job right. Even though they had never been here before, they were obviously well instructed in the plan and carried it out perfectly. They were very professional, helpful, caring and very respectful of my property. They covered my carpet with clean tarps and wore shoe covers. Even with the heat, they worked efficiently, quickly and accurately to correct the installation of my ducts. I am now happily enjoying cool air in my home office. Beto and Francisco are to be commended for excellent customer service and doing a terrific job in fixing my duct issues, all the while being courteous, caring and respectful. So refreshing to work with such professionals. You can't do any better than Beto, Francisco and Shawn at Air Patrol. I'll be calling them back when it's time for the regular tune-up. Hvac went out Sunday. Called Monday. Repaired Wednesday. Tech was in and out in 20 minutes. Problem solved. Money well spent. This is the second time they have helped with my AC. When I'm ready to replace, they will be my first call.
I called Air Patrol on a Thursday morning regarding having an AC installed in my garage. Shawn returned my call and came out the very next morning (Friday) to give me an estimate. He gave me the estimate and said he would call me later that day once he checked availability on the unit. To my surprise he actually called me back!! I was scheduled for install for Monday morning! His crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently and had the unit installed and running by noon. I cannot express how impressed we are with this company. They did a great job and everything looks and runs great!! So nice to deal with a business that actually does what they say they are going to do. Thank you to Shawn and his crew for a job well done!!
Condenser stopped working. Owner personally came to analyze the problem. He was thorough to determine root cause. He ordered parts and came back to replace them. The system was in the 9th year of the warranty. We only paid the trip charge. We highly recommend Air Patrol.
