What a difference these guys make!! My Dad has been using Boone’s for over 15 years. I recently purchased my Dad’s house and kept service with them and continue to have an amazing experience. Kris has been my dedicated rep the entire time and he is always a phone call away to help with any issues I had with my old system. He is knowledgeable and friendly and went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible for my family. We upgraded our system last week and Kris was able to get us an appointment within days of picking it out and they replaced everything in one day!!. Our new system is fantastic!! I actually had to adjust it several times the first few days because it was too cold. Lol. Thank you Kris and Boone’s for being 1st class the whole way! My family thanks you!!

We have come to trust Kris Nash without question. When our AC went out on one of the hottest days of this year, Kris worked with us to find a solution within our budget. All this was well after 9 pm! Kris and the office staff worked together to make sure we were satisfied customers! His customer service skills as well as his equipment knowledge are beyond reproach.
Hired this company to do a HVAC tune up and inspection prior to a home purchase. They tuned it up and reported no issues with the unit. After closing a few weeks later and moving into the home (the house was empty between tuneup and move-in), we found both units’ cooling coils are majorly leaking refrigerant. The company worked with me on the total price since they did not catch the leaks prior to closing on the house. All-in-all, despite getting coils replaced, I had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for the replacement even though it should have been caught prior to closing on the house which would have been discussed during purchase negotiations. Jesse, Kris, Jose and the installation technicians who came out for service were all professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Kris, the senior technician also inspected and adjusted air supply vents around the house post installation to ensure they are all facing the correct direction. Marsha and Chris from management were responsive to phone calls and sent out their technician teams with speed.
Daniel was very courteous and professional. He explained everything to me and go our AC working again. I would recommend Boone's Heating and Cooling to everyone. Great job. Thanks Daniel.
Very Satisfied! Timely Repsponse! Kris Nash came out to my home. Very knowledgeable, very professional, personable experience with Kris. Without bothering him too much I tried to ask a few questions to better understand my issues. I feel like Kris offered me the exact solutions that he would have chosen for his own home if the circumstances were one for one. That means a lot.

Jake Rios came out to do a follow up with us after the great service we had just a few days before from Anthony. People never reach out to A/C companies under good circumstances so we’ve been so appreciative at how professional everyone has been. Jake took plenty of time to walk through all of the options and explain the details behind everything so we could make the best choice possible for our circumstances. Talk about fantastic service!
Our repair person, Eric Hilton, was very kind, and personable. He explained everything, in layman's terms, so we understood what was going on. Fortunately, we only needed a part. Thank you Willard's/Boone's for the expedited service. In 103 degree heat, it was greatly appreciated.
Boone’s installed my new HVAC system mid summer a year ago…very pleased with their prompt turnaround at that time in replacing a very old system. Kris Nash is my most trusted and knowledgeable technician for seasonal maintenance, as well as adding a compressor assist kit to save on my power bill, and wiring in a fan relay to a duct booster to help with upstairs cooling.
