My heater was blowing cold, and an arctic blast was going to hit in 2 days. I called them at 9:30 am, and scheduled a service call. They said they would arrive the same day between 2pm and 5 pm. I made sure to be home between 2pm and 5pm. No one ever showed up, and I have to leave town tomorrow. I called them at 5 pm to ask them what happened. They said they don't have any technicians in Cedar Park. Their ad appears to be a Cedar Park company, but they are based in Houston?? I asked when they would arrive, and Selena told me they would not be coming to my home. They were canceling. What a huge waste of time. Very unprofessional.
It was already very late at night, my air conditioner suddenly broke, fortunately they have air conditioner repairs 24 hours a day in houston, they arrived immediately, they repaired it immediately, and the best thing was that they didn't charge me much, I recommend them, excelent service.
I did not know why there is a strong sewer smell in my house and with the plumbing service they managed to find the problem and solve it, very happy with the company.
I loved the plumbing service they provided me, the drainage of my house was very slow, however they managed to solve everything, I will always go to their services.

A week ago I had a damage in my plumbing and I needed to fix it as soon as possible, I found this company and just by calling them I had a technician at my door knocking to fix the damage. It really is a very good company and I recommend them 100%.
My old heating system was deteriorated, it was no longer heating, so i asked turbo to install a new one. I am very happy with the help i received from the technicians. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.

The tech who worked on our AC unit was prompt, communicative and willing to answer all of my questions! Turbo did a great job getting a tech out to us same day late in the evening when our air conditioner stopped working. The tech did not have the motor we needed, but said we would hear from them the next day regarding the price of the motor once one was located. The tech was able to locate the motor, and drove all the way to Killeen and back to get the motor for us… which was awesome. By the end of the repairs, I was told the total price. I requested a invoice with the cost of the part, labor, taxes etc… and was told that Turbo did not provide such a receipt. I was given a receipt that only had a total price. Typically when repairs are done, the company will provide a line by line invoice with the breakdown of what everything cost. The fact that the tech refused to tell us made it seem like they were hiding something from us or that we were getting charged way too much… which ended up being the case. The tech eventually told us the price of the motor, and I soon realized that I had paid almost 1600 dollars for just three hours of labor… Beware of this before booking this company! Otherwise, our AC is back to working great!
These guys are incredible! I always call them when my air conditioner is damaged or just for maintenance, and they always leave my air conditioner like new!
I am so Extremely Happy with the air conditioning unit! It works like a charm! From one end of the house to the other is nice and cool. The installation and programming are so easy. I misplaced the instruction book but found it online which is fantastic! It is one of the best decisions I have made and the price is right too!
We are incredibly happy with this purchase! We have an HVAC system, but it has never been properly ventilated into our bedroom. The rest of the house feels fine, but that doesn't help us when we try to sleep. A friend gave us an older unit to try, and it worked fine, but was noisy and not energy efficient. It ended up breaking down within about a month. That's when we decided to just buy a brand new one. This unit has been worth every penny! It's quiet, energy efficient, works fantastically, and is easy to use. Definitely recommend this product.
I am very happy with this purchase! . I bought this because my previous Air conditioning unit was showing signs of giving up. I reached out to turbo and the tech installed it very easily and quickly, its configuration is very simple. It cools multiple rooms almost instantly and is very quiet with no noisy or rattling fans. Highly recommended.
excellent turbo service. Thanks to them I was able to fix the pipe to my new house, yesterday I had to hire a turbo to check my new house, because there was a horrible smell coming from the pipe. Carlos arrived, checked everything very effectively and changed it. turbo improved our lives, thanks.
Highly recommended. I am very happy with the work they did, I had a problem of overheating in my air conditioner by clogging of the ducts and the company Turbo visited me to make the diagnosis, all the service was super well, the attention is excellent and explained step by step everything that was happening with my unit. I love the service, super recommended.
I had several failures and asked for help to other companies but they had late response or it was expensive, I was looking for reviews and I found Turbo, they had many excellent reviews so I decided to call them and without any problem we made an appointment for the inspection. Everything was on good terms, they did an excellent job and I was satisfied, I recommend them and I will continue using them.
Last week the pipe that connected to the washing machine in my house was damaged, I did not want to deposit water, this made me very desperate, I needed to resolve the situation urgently so I Googled plumbing services nearby and found this one, I contacted them via phone and they were very kind, for the same day they sent Damian, a very competent tech, he made a quick diagnosis, he told me that one of the pipes had broken due to an obstruction (waste), and on the same day he carried out the repair, change the damaged part of the pipe and also placed a grid-shaped filter to prevent the situation from happening again, I was very happy with the work of Damian and the company, they were punctual and consistent with what they offered
A month ago my wife had been telling me that the air conditioning in the room did not cool as much as before, I have felt the same for 3 days, so I asked a co-worker if he knew of any good repair company, so I turbg facilitated, I called the company's telephone number and a technician was assigned to me for the next day, after an exhaustive review and to my surprise the technician told us that it was not a problem with the air conditioning system, but with the electrical system of my home, this worries me a bit but the technician was very well trained, he also had knowledge of home electrical systems and was able to fix the problem, I was very satisfied with the service
